The instructions and the videos were very clear and easy to follow. I felt like I really knew what my dog needed to be able to do in order to qualify as a Psychiatric Service Animal and the testing they do to certify him makes me confident we won't have any issues. My little poodle didn't like the sound of the clicker and isn't much motivated by treats, but there were alternative suggestions about rewarding him with petting and attention that worked just as well. I really recommend this program!

My experience with Dog Academy was second to none.From the time I called to get information on service dog options/training,all the way though the training procedure,instructions/guidelines,and communications via email.The website is very thorough, and easy to understand,and navigate through.The way the training is set up to complete at home as well as the promptness of grading could not be more convienent for the "handler"..........and canine! I recently completed the Dog Academy online course to get my dog Zoey certified as a service dog, and I am so impressed with the results! She was always available to answer any questions I had, and her guidance and support were instrumental in helping Zoey become a certified service dog. I also appreciated the flexibility of being able to go back and review certain lessons if I needed to. As someone who is disciplined and committed to training my dog, I found that the online format was perfect for me.
