Very good, option of video or written instruction very informative. Maybe more videos as those were the best.

Melissa was a huge help in showing me proper techniques that are required for Service Dog. This company has amazing customer service. You don't have to hunt someone down to get help. It's immediate and knowledgeable.

When I call them with a question or problem, they are very responsive! I was actually having an Episode in my last phone call with, I believe her name was Carly. I believe she recognized that & instead of arguing with me, she was quiet & my problem was dealt with quickly. Melissa also has been responsive and has made me feel comfortable. The courses were easy to understand. Now it will be up to me to implement it which I feel prepared to do.

This experience was great and very helpful to my knowledge! My dog is already trained, so I didn’t have to do very much to add to her knowledge. Although, I did go through the steps a couple times with her, to make she she got it all! This course really extended my knowledge on the whole thing! I’ve wanted to have my baby ESA certified for awhile, that’s why she’s already trained, I just never knew how to do it. But this whole experience made it very easy for me!
