Great program and everyone was helpful.

The courses are easy to understand and the examples on how to train your PSD are descriptive.

Very informative class, great customer service. This is NOT easy…so don’t think that they are just handing out certificates. They got back to me with my questions quickly. The videos were hard to do but we did them! Happy with this! I think it would be helpful if the site had examples of the training videos that need to be submitted. All in all, have no complaints about this company. They are great! I’m happy to know people have a place to learn and train service dogs legitimately

This process has been fairly easy, helpful, and instructional with the opportunity to go back and review specific training task details.

Reynold Davis was amazing! I was skeptical and he put me at ease, was very helpful and informative. He was not pushy but was great at explaining benefits.

What a wonderful experience and so much patience the trainer had with me and my dog. With a little effort from myself doing what the training asked, my dog was able to respond and learn. All I have to do now is keep it up.
