Scammers. - Cancelled Autorenewal. - Cancelled Subscription - They still charged my card. When I reached out to them, they said they will work on my case and never got any response back (basically "ghosted") - Disputed to my bank and Doft submitted some fake unrelated information with their policy trying to win the dispute when they were ignoring my email. - I cancelled my subscription again and asked my bank to block them. - I sent Doft team all the evidence I have for cancellation and asked to to remove my data from their website. - Now I looked up and found trustpilot realizing that they are scammers. BE SMART AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD TO THEM.

stay away from the scam artist. I canceled my subscription over two years ago and the keep trying to charge me. I have asked over and over to cancel my subscription and they keep saying its my fault and im not doing it right. How many other people are getting ripped off by this place. update they still refuse to refund my last year subscription after asking over and over to stop. they keep saying they will review with accounting and then an email gets sent saying I haven't responded

Be very careful when you sign with this load board there are a bunch of rip off Crooks I use their load board only for a couple months over a year ago and I cancel it and now all of a sudden they start charging my account without a my authorization I tried to contact their support and they said it's being canceled it and it's all good but on the other hand they still charging my bank account these people are rip off con artists do not sign with them.

This load board is not a great load board. I was not finding the loads for what I needed. So I canceled my subscription but did not remove my card incase we decided to try it again. Since then somehow my account has been reactivated 5 times NOT BY ME and i've been charged. I have reached out to support several times and they ignore the fact that I want to refund for all those fraudulent charges. There is no phone number whatsoever to reach out to somebody and can not get somebody to contact me. My recommendation is just go with the freeboard.If you're gonna use it and don't put your card on file cause they will just continue to screw you. I am not sure who i can reach out to about this matter but going to look into it.

Been trucking since '79 and I don't haul cheap freight. These emails from Doft contain far too little load information, which is always a red flag, to make this worth my time. Going to block all Doft emails as junk.

I wasn't happy with Shram Logistics Solutions a so called broker that has loads on your board. They post loads don't answer the phone it's all emails. I took a load from them then they emailed me back and said I was a one truck company so I couldn't have the load. How many trucks does it take to haul one load. I've been in business 35 years and brokers like this should be band from this business there a pure joke. Look at there reviews. Only the foreigners are happy with them.
