Naomi has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.

Great service. The products I recieved were just as I had expected. Jasper was very helpful and took me tjrough every step of the ordering process and was very quick to respond to my emails.

Zach was so helpful from start to finish. He helped me get the perfect packaging I was looking for and responded so quickly. He was able to show me a preview of what I was ordering and made sure every detail was approved by me before going forward to the final product. Will definitely be ordering from Dodo again especially with the great customer experience I received.

I have been working with Zack Brown at The Soap Packaging for a few months on some new bar soap packaging that we need for our natural soap company. We have very specific values in regards to eco-friendly packaging requirements as well as trademark logos that we need to look just right. Zack has understood our needs well. From the very start Zack worked quickly with quotes emailed to me the same day and always available regularly to email or chat about details. His communication is great! Sometimes it takes many times back and forth to get our details just right with the designers, and Zack is always extremely accommodating and friendly, which makes the process enjoyable! Our company is looking forward to continuing to order boxes through Zack for a long time!

Very quick to respond and helpful customer service rep

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dodo Packaging and Ron, and my experience was first class all the way. I was in a pinch to order 100 retail boxes in a large custom size, and Ron was the first person I spoke to. He was responsive, helpful, and thorough. A few days later, he got back to me with a quote that was better than the rest. I needed the boxes expedited to meet a deadline for a big order, and sure enough, Dodo Packaging delivered ahead of schedule. The boxes exceeded both my expectations and the store's expectations. We met the order on time, and the store has already placed another order. We couldn't have done it without Ron and Dodo Packaging. Thank you!

Very informative owner, knows their stuff. Their communication is like a pro. The variety and creativity is insane. Highly recommended. (Chris Martin is the name. REMEMBER IT!!)

The boxes I purchased from DoDo Packaging were excellent. They were sturdy and well-made, and the customer service was top-notch. The salesperson was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The only downside was that the delivery took a little longer than expected. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend DoDo Packaging.
