This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company!!! Vehicle is in the shop for the 4th time for over two weeks. It is only a year old and won’t start. Talked to a Connor after leaving him 40 voicemails. Asked multiple times to speak to his manager since he couldn’t answer one question I asked him. NEVER got a call back from his boss!!! Vehicle still isn’t fixed and still haven’t got a call back from anyone. How is this legal in Canada to sell vehicles that don’t run and they don’t have ti do anything

If it were possible I would have given them a zero.. first they don’t explain things very well, they don’t listen to the entire reason you’re calling, they just pass you off to a Dodge dealer. I didn’t have a problem with a dealer, I own a 2015 Dodge journey crossroads, I don’t even have a hundred thousand miles in this car yet… I wasn’t young when i purchased the car , I’m not a manic driver.. however I did have an issue with the car, i believe a cylinder needed repair, Well upon further inspection the mechanic notice that the oil coolent housing was broke and needed repair, I asked for a mopar part.. not sure that I got it… I did in fact call my dealer at that time they were unable to get me in.. I did go to an independent garage, I needed the repair done within a reasonable time the dealer was unable to do that, They replaced the part.. all was well.. however about 2 to 3 months later the oil coolent housing went out once again.. I didn’t drive the car for a bit… it basically sat in the driveway… well went to get an oil change , well they tell me the same part was in need of repair once again.. I’ve replaced this part 4 times..went to get an oil change again , and guess what.. yeah same part is once again needs to be replaced.. upon doing research, this is an issue with Journey’s It’s one of many its been documented, it’s a bad design.. When speaking to corporate they do tell you, you may get help with a good will repair, what they don’t tell you is that they only do that on cars that are 2020 or newer… mind you when you call they ask you for you VIN # so they know what year your car is before the pick up the call. You can’t talk to anyone, that would be in a position to help you in anyway, you get a call center, with people with generic names, they don’t want to listen, they interrupt what you’re saying, they try to transfer your call to the dealer closest to your home, you have to make yourself clear not to send you off… I don’t feel like I need to pay for the same repair every 4 to 6 months.. the part is made of plastic, next to the engine where it get extremely hot and it cracks, they repair it with plastic parts. Corporate is not helpful, they will not do anything to help with an issue they know has been an issue, from the start..

I grew up for years and always believed in dodge and chevy's being the best vehicles, but after this 2011 Dodge, Caravan 3.6 what a unbelievable messed up vehicle never seen a vehicle as bad as this spare. Tire in the middle of the Van underneath the Van, come on, you know how you get to Jack that up to get that out. And then on top of it, there's no place on that vehicle to jacket up, and the alternator holy. You gotta almost pull the whole motor just to get an alternator out of it. I've never seen such an an abortion of a vehicle in my life. And I've been a mechanic for years. Well, pulling wrenches, all my life basically grew up working on vehicles and mini bikes and motorbikes. But holy man, you gotta pull out the fan shroud. You gotta pull out off the passenger tire. You gotta pull interfender just to get an Al needed out I'm almost ready just to take it to the junkyard. Dump it off there cause it's so much work just to change an alternator and this is the third will be the third alternator that vehicle has had What a nightmare

Absolutely the most horrible company to deal with for warranty work. Ready to drive this vehicle with just less then 15000 kms through the fronts doors and walk away. Been loyal to dodge for 22 years absolutely disgusted with useless they have become. The major issue was half ass delt with and the vehicle sat at the dealership for just over a month.

On August 14, 2026, I picked up my vehicle after having front-end repairs completed. After driving home and pulling into my driveway, I discovered as I was exiting my vehicle that the driver's side door panel was loose and the door locking mechanism had been broken and ripped off. This damage was not present when I dropped off my vehicle for service. I immediately contacted the dealership and reported the issue to Troy at the Service Department front desk, who escalated the matter to the Service Department supervisor, Afton (as I was told). What followed was a frustrating discussion about responsibility for the damage. Rather than taking ownership of the issue or working toward a resolution, I was ultimately told that the damage was already present when I brought the vehicle in and that multiple employees had supposedly observed it in that condition. This statement is completely false. The door panel and locking mechanism were not damaged when I delivered my vehicle for service. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that my family and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years purchasing Dodge vehicles and supporting the brand. To be treated this way, have my concerns dismissed, and be accused of misrepresenting the facts is unacceptable. The problem is not only the damage itself but also the lack of accountability and customer service shown by the dealership. When customers trust a service department with their vehicle, they expect honesty, professionalism, and a willingness to make things right when concerns arise. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King George. Loyal customers deserve better treatment than being told something was damaged beforehand when it was not. I am deeply disappointed by how this matter was handled and believe Dodge should be ashamed of how a loyal customer was treated.

I have owned my truck for three years. It has been in the shop for radio and electronic repairs 11 times it had the motor replaced at 25,000 miles. I have repeatedly called Dodge customer service to help me get my vehicle repaired and after 11 visits, they told me that it was going under a review board and the review board rejected replacing this vehicle so now I have gone another five weeks without my vehicle and my company name on it. I will never buy another Dodge. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m an army disabled veteran and my disability check pays for this vehicle. I work as a handyman without my vehicle. I am tied. I just can’t do this anymore and they have exhausted me to my furthest point.shame on me for trying to do everything right. They are doing nothing for us.

Well I bought 2 Dodge Vehicles in the last year paid in full. The rotors on the second car are all rusted Dodge doesn’t do the rotor work needed to seal them and they all have red rust. It’s been that way for years. I had a jeep with 3 rows of seating a giant plush Jeep with no towing capability. So now I have a tiny Dodge because it’s only me and I can see the rust everyday. Anyway, today they sent me a survey that was 2 hours long nothing personnel just about the car. So then my next email was my July Car Health Report. I have a 2 year Warranty and I went back and paid so it’s 5 years. And my passcode didn’t work. So I cannot see my health report of the car I paid for. So I changed my passcode and it didn’t work. So I had to go back to Passcode Manager and erase both passcodes. They sent me a link so I changed it again and saved it and they said the link expired. Can you imagine a company that would take your Vehicle Health Report from you and not let you see what you already paid for. For the next 5 years? And I told them there’s a crack in the windshield this is my 1st year of ownership of 2 brand new Dodge vehicles. The first one traded in on the second one. Bought an extended warranty that I cannot see.
