Ultra High Quality Printing
Ultra High Quality Printing Not only do they get jobs out fast, but the high quality paper, ultra photograpic detail and resolution is simply outstanding. The quality of a printed brochure and the price in such low quantities is amazing.

Great product and prices..
Great product and prices... Rotten packaging = damage. I am glad to hear that Docucopies has improved the packaging. And its true, I did not lodge a complaint on every order. But on every single order (six, ten, not sure) the packaging was shoddy. That is why the review. I have no interest in making this up!

Hi Ace, thank you for sharing your experience. We tried reaching out to your email address that we have on file for more information before responding here, but we haven't received a response. I do see a job which we had to reprint for you in 2012 due to damage. But I don't see any notes about issues regarding any jobs you've ordered since then, so I assume the issue has been resolved. If there are any more recent problems which need attention please let us know. We use heavy-duty cardboard boxes, and while we try in all cases to provide appropriate protection for the product's weight, shape and size, we understand some percentage of damage in transit is unavoidable and are happy to replace damaged products in the rare event that this occurs. Thanks again for your review.
