Almost scammers. The translation is weak, machine-made. They lure you with a free tariff plan, which automatically becomes paid after 2 weeks. And they start withdrawing money every month from your credit card. I paid $3 to translate the text, and then they charged me $32 on my credit card. I found out by chance while checking my card statement. Money is not returned.

The amount they asked to pay to translate one document was 55 AED, then i was charged 231.96 AED which is 61 USD!!! And it didnt work, I didnt even get my translation done. My invoice number is ch_3QJBGBGt9dcTe7Qy0niyPM7c and I payed 231.96! I need a full refund because I didnt get any translation done or any service provided. I will complain to Apple Pay because they work with scammers.

The plan says "free" but asks for a credit card. I am ok to pay the price per word, but it turns out you subscribe to some plan when you want to make a one-off payment. I wanted to delete my account and their delete page won't work. Is it scam? I don't want to enter my card details there, too risky

Its just literally exactly the same result as google translation, which is for free. Paid money for nothing. I want a refund... I feel scammed
