I am testing DocTranslator and selecting Free AI but it is asking for my CC details. Why? There's no way I am going to buy without seeing the results

absurd! I entered my card number to pay for a translation. They are charging my card multiple times. several debts.

This is a scam. Once you use your bank card to purchase a single translation, they will charge it again a few days later for the whole subscription fee you did not register for. They will ignore your emails and will not refund you. I do not know how you got 4 stars.

For two years they have been charging my credit card even after I called them to cancel my monthly $10 subscription twice. I finally was able to cancel through Paddle.net. Stay away from this company it’s a total scam.!

Stesso problema di altri utenti. Servizio scadente, anche io ho cercato di tradurre una tabella e ho ricevuto a pagamento (6 euro) un file sformattato e incomprensibile. Soprattutto, mi sono ritrovata un abbonamento automatico sulla carta e non essendomene accorta l'ho pagato per alcuni mesi. Il logo però è DT, non mi sembra identico a quello dell'azienda cui rimanda il vostro sito.

Estimated cost of transalation at 0.50C and billed €8.29 no refund no explanation. At least I got a translated document I suppose. This organisation has continued to attempt to take money from my account under a number of different names watch out for Doctranslator.com, Translation Services and Translation Services USA I have blocked all of these companies from access to my Revolut account. Having been asked for personal details I have sent the following details to TrustPilot; I have no more details than I have provided in my review. The first payment of €8.29 was taken by doctranslator.com 4 attempts to take a further €7.49 were subsequently made by Translation services. Then €7.49 was taken by Translation services USA followed by a further payment of €7.49 taken by doctranslator.com. I have no intention of providing any of my personal or contact details to any iteration of this company beyond what they clearly allready have. I suspect I will be told by Revolut to close my account. 18 December 2024- UPDATE Since posting this review DocTranslator.com has made 5 further attempts to take random amounts from my revolut account amounts range from €7.49 up to €54.43 27 December UPDATE Another attempt to take money from my account on 25 December!
