Translation was not correct and format was incorrect as well and couldn't be opened.

The worse company ever, they buy reviews. Don't respond to emails, no help at all. No REFUND, very bad job. I wish I could do a 0-star review because they don't deserve 1 start even. Horrible customer service, the worse I ever had, rude and not helpful. I paid money and got no translation. I wish I could post the translation I got. Very rude customer service, still didn't get my refund.

It did translate accurately BUT even after I paid it only took off one part of the watermark. What the heck am I supposed to do with a document plastered with huge letters accross it. It’s basically useless

I subscribed for a free account but they charged me with 10 $ per month. For nothing - I tried their service twice and got translations watermarked not useful though. Now I unsubscribed and they still want money. They are kind of fraudulent. Sorry, but nor sorry. Google translator is here a bit more work but helpfully

Its a Scam, Translations are not officially stamped so they have CERO validity. plus they put you without advice in a permanent contract with them and you will find automatic payments on your paypal account.

It's a scam company. No service. They get paid but no effective answer just general responses 'work on your document', 'wait a moment'.....Disappointing for me especially that I had a health emergency depending on the document submitted for translation.
