Avoid them!!! i translated 2 documents with one-time payments 2 weeks ago. translation not very good, i'm just tried and leave the service. today i been charged without my permission 15,3$ from the doctranslator.com and paddle transcation service from doctranslator.com ( Paddle.Net*Doctranstr). In same time a have email with message that my subscription is closed! when i go through the personal account - i dont see this transaction and for reason to hide my card - can only close account with terms that i dont want to return money. :D it's scheme. Do never used this scammers!

Scam. Avoid! Charged me twice for subscription I didn't ask for. Now they not even replying to my emails.

Its a scam. Don't use this service!! Its the worst translation and after that you get charged a monthly fee for a subscription plan you never signed up for!!

I used DocTranslator recently and was dissatisfied with the experience. There was an undisclosed additional cost, which I found misleading. Transparency in pricing is essential. I hope for improvement in the future. Sincerely

It's a scam; they charge you an extortionate amount for a subscription, which is never mentioned when buying the translation. A total fraud

Scammers, very basic website and so expensive for nothing. Avoid at all costs.

I have no problem paying for a translation service, especially when it's a fraction of the cost of human translators (I would love to pay for human translators, but I'm a student and I just don't have the money to pay them what they deserve). However, my document failed to be translated despite multiple attempts. It's not a corrupted file, it is an accepted file format, and the text is left to right, so I can't imagine what the problem is. And since they seem to have no customer service team, I can't request help. I would have liked to know ahead of time that my document couldn't be translated, as I am now out $30 - that's practically a whole week of meals, now gone. I had the free plan and deleted my account in hopes to avoid any further charges, but I suppose only time will tell. Very disappointed.

I had same issue with others, charged very very very bad translation services which charged me about $2, then after 2 weeks they charged me for some reason $16.04! I tried to find any support center phone number, email but no success!
