hidden charges which are not flagged up trying to charge £14.42 to store two pages of type.. which i didnt need them to store. avoid

That charge you 2.5 for translation, and then make you pay 17.8 eur MONTHLY for 'storage' of the file, without you noticing. Scam!

I knowingly paid to get a document translated but was unaware that I would then be charged an ongoing monthly storage fee. It may have been stated somewhere but wasn't obvious. Given their emails were going to an account I don't check often, and that they use a billing service called Paddle.net, it took me a few months to realize what was happening. I cancelled the service but they still charged me for the next two months. With the help of Paddle they have reimbursed one month but are refusing to reimburse the 2nd month. I like to give startup companies a chance, and the quality of the translation was okay, but can't recommend DocTranslator given their billing practices.

Poor customer service. I upladed the document to translate and they provided a quote. Approved the quote and DocTranslator couldn't translate - immediatley contact and asked for help or a refund. They said they're unable to refund nor help. Since I placed on a credit card able to get a refund from credit card company as within 24 hours of purchase - federal law. Can't belief they don't follow federal law.

They do not have a free translation service, although it may seem that way from the free plan they advertise. They should be clearer and not try to deceive users.

I paid for my translation but never received the translated document, they have no helpline on the website, very disappointing
