I’ve been very satisfied with the service and general response time from Dr. Adam so far. I am receiving what I need and Emma has been quick to respond and very helpful.

Emma helped me get my order set up. I initially selected the wrong product and she corrected my order. Then we went back and forth with questions and answers several days. My order is finally placed. However, the order came in with the wrong selection after days of going back and forth. They could not fix the mistake. Customer service took too long to resolve. Haven't heard anything from the doctor directly. I liked all the questions asked ahead but not a word about my correct dosage switch or approval for it from the doctor. I am trying to move off a plateau with my weightloss journey. I don't understand why there is an extra fee for a higher dosage. It should be more transparent upfront. If you want communication this is probably not the best provider.
