I really didn't get what I expected in a Tenant Notice to Quit document. It might be an okay service for some. My complaint is their billing. They are in stealth mode on charging their subscription. No sign on email. No notice of monthly billing. No confirmation my cancellation attempt was successful. The cancellation returned nothing but a circular reference to cancel. I sent 2 emails to support and have not received return emails acknowledging them. It is ~8:30AM EDT and perhaps they are not staffed in the morning. I fear DocDraft would be happy to bill monthly for no services to any gullible victim.

One is too high. I am in the tail end of an unlawful detainer dispute I could win this case hands down. I saw online where docusraft drafted legal documents. I assume that that meant that they knew what they were doing and provided us those legal documents on legal binding court paperwork. Meaning pleading format with 27 line excuse me 28. What I got was a jumbled mess on standard paper and was expected to file that with the courts department no I can't do that they won't accept it so my $40 went for nothing because then after telling them that I needed it in the correct format and telling them that I had only so many days to do it or I'm facing homelessness at 60 years old they canceled my account and that's only after 5 days of having the account for $40. If you don't have time and you're in a pinch I really recommend you do not use this service. If you're looking for legal documentation on legal formatted paper once again I really recommend you don't use this service. Not only that what I needed was one document they had me talked into doing five documents which took me an hour and a half to two hours to do only half of them. What the court clerk clerk told me was all I needed was a motion to set aside. I would highly suggest finding another source for this kind of need.
