Ordered from them, $153.22 of Item's and stuff, Label got created, then they canceled the order with UPS, never got a refund, or any updates, support managed to pull through, and fixed my order, so the support isn’t as bad as claimed, if anything must of improved, only took about an hour to resolve the issue.

I've ordered from this site 3 times the last 4 years and I'm generally happy with the experience. They sell loads of cool dice at good prices, and the quality ranges from alright to great. 2 of the 3 times I ordered, my order was messed up somehow; the first time, an item was missing, and the second time I got a wrong item. However after contacting support, I was shipped the correct items within just a few days. My concern with the site has to do with the reviews. After my last order, I made reviews for all the dice I bought, with pictures. Only my positive reviews(!) are visible on their site, while any 3/5 or lower ratings are hidden. So beware when reading reviews. Edit: as of 28.12.25, my negative reviews are also public. I've thus changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

Apologies for any confusion. Our review app has a filter that forces us to manually review many of the submitted reviews. This process attempts to catch reviews that use profanity, are unrelated to our products or service, nudity and other inappropriate things. We have been very busy and understaffed for much of the year and only find time to manually process the flagged reviews once a quarter. Everything should be caught up until early December. We don't know which reviews are yours since there is no identifiable information in your review, but it's very likely that your reviews have been posted regardless of their assigned number of stars or content.
