Fake news. They wanted $2,000 to renew their service. I chose not to pay because my credit is fine, we pay our bills, so why use them. Now all of a sudden I have new debts in counties where we don’t even do business !!!!! Now I get to spend time driving around and have higher officials sign notaries verifying I don’t owe money to them. What an absolute waste of time !! This should be illegal

Their public information on our business is inaccurate. However we cannot update it because we do not have a US citizen as a director (we are a Canadian company that operates in the US). This feels like a poorly executed protection racket.

Saw they wrote about my business. It claims I make 8x what I do, and says I have multiple employees.... I'm a one man show. They also don't let you contact them with out giving a ton of personal info that isn't needed.

Complete scam. They post false and misleading information and then demand payment to correct it.

Fake Business This is a scam operation, they publish false and disparaging information about businesses and individuals then require payment to correct their lies online. Basically blackmail, completely illegal in most developed countries.

This is the WORST website ever!!! The multiple windows. The constant logins and repeat verifications of the same information. They make it nearly impossible to successfully navigate, understand and operate the website for a businesses credit build and success. And own multiple businesses!!! This is the worst online experience. Ive been dealing with this website in frustration for months now with virtually NO success. And the wait and not being able to speak to a LIVE person makes this experience even WORSE!

Complete liars.They put numbers from top of their heads. Inaccurate information.

I applied on 1/17/22 for my duns number I have called every week past 2 weeks or more and every rep tells me same speech how I have to wait back office will call me and to answer the phone for all calls so basically have my phone up my ass all day waiting for a call upon 3 consecutive days me calling I decided see what number they are calling or say they have called it wasn't even my phone number. So they calling wrong number and rep today tells me since I just updated my information on my profile to match my business it's another 30 days. So I have to wait 60 days for this number. This is ridiculous and I can't open my dam business with a company like this I mean they didn't even send a email when they couldn't reach me as she rudely says. It wasn't even my number my phone is always on and in my hand.
