AVOID this company, slow service, canned responses to issues and worst of all a bullshit 'no refunds' policy - do not let this put you off getting one from them. You'll never get any results back from the so-called lab, if there is one, so please continue through all of the neccessary channels & authorities for remediation.

Truly worse than a scam . . . outright THEFT! I paid nearly $2,000 for their "better" DNA results for me and my husband. After nearly a year they had not sent me ANY results in spite of me writing to their customer support team numerous times. Then they offered me "ongoing access" to my DNA results if I paid hundreds of dollars more. SERIOUSLY??!! I never got ANY results, and they want me to pay MORE to preserve the non-results??!! If they are not facing legal action I don't know why any other business should be. FRAUD! THEFT!

No results. No communication. Five months since submitting samples. I do not believe this company is real. I feel that the few positive comments must come from those that profit from those of us that assumed it was a actual company that provided the services advertised.

20 weeks and counting. Their competitors for whole genome sequencing can achieve this in 8 weeks at most. Also according to their TOS they are required to inform of the inability to complete services.

I purchased the service for almost 600USD (6000Kr), which is a substatian amount. The reply for information acquisition is clearly boiler plates that contains no real information. The company is in no position to offer the service, which it clearly can not deliver. I hope some lawyer somewhere get interested and bring a class action lawsuit to this company which feels like a fraud.

Extremely bad. Don't do it. I've no DNA-sequence received. I'm waiting for more than 11 months. It's a criminal organization.
