This company is horrible to it's customers. Took about a YEAR to see results and then they charge you $95 a year for a subscription, the information they share is not helpful or statistically accurate. They have a lot of hidden UX patterns where you get charged for things you don't expect and their customer service is not helpful at refunding you for those mistakes.

7.5 months and counting and still no sample. All I get from the support team is "still processing"... Biggest scam of my LIFE. I really wish I read reviews before I purchased anything from them... Going to ask for a refund (which I doubt they will do) and then going to my CC company to see if they will refund me.

It has now been 7 months with no results. Of course they have said it's "processing" with no proof and no refund. Because I paid via debit card and was beyond the window, my bank said they are unable to provide the refund. I am strongly considering filing a case in small claims court, though I doubt that would help me with the situation. I definitely believe a class action suit is warranted as this must be a scam.

Almost 11 months and still no results I sent my DNA sample to Nebula Genomics around October 1, 2025. It is now September 1, 2026, and I still have not received my DNA results. That is almost 11 months of waiting for a service I have already paid for. At this point, I no longer consider this a normal delay. I paid for whole genome sequencing and delivery of my results, and that service has still not been completed. I have contacted Nebula regarding the delay, but I am not interested in more vague explanations or indefinite waiting. I now want either: a concrete and credible delivery date for my results, or a full refund!

SCAM This is a complete scam. I wonder if a spouse of the Trump family runs this business. FOUR MONTHS in and I still have received NOTHING. The email replies they send to complaints are a joke: This is an extensive test that requires a number of quality checks, so the current processing time is within normal expectations. At this stage, we are not able to provide step-by-step updates or specify the exact processing stage your sample is in, as samples move through multiple internal quality control checkpoints throughout sequencing and analysis. We will only reach out if a sample recollection is required or once your sample has completed processing and your results are ready.

It has been eight months since I sent the sample in, still no results, that is excessive. They should inform people that the results may take a year before taking payment. This is very poor business practice and I do not recommend them.

Deserves 0 stars. Avoid at all costs. Do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam. 6 months later no results. No active telephone number or email to get a hold of anyone at the company for reimbursement.

Scam company. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! All their equipment has been sold.
