I've come back to edit my post as I have spoke to Jim Hanagan and Michael Baird as to why so many people were getting the same exclusion reports. They were both very kind, caring, and reassuring. I am much more confident in my results, however I still get nervous just because the non-invasive paternity test is somewhat new. I was able to speak with Michael Baird for about 30 minutes... He explained the testing process, reviewed my case, and how everything works and reassured me that was exclusion was 100% correct! Thanks Jim and Michael for taking the time to speak with me and explain this concern.

So I have come back because I had jim hanigan personally email me explaining to me why some of us had the same SNP'S on our reports and I thank him for taking the time to email me and explain to me especially on this Sunday which I'm sure he could have waited until Monday, but shows that they have GREAT customer service. He has given me reasons to trust my Prenatal DNA test and I trust in DDC thank you even though I have been so stressed, but overall the process was great

This company allowed me the opportunity to really get to know my daughter. I didn't even know she in this world. When I got the news and given the time lapse I was unsure and unwilling to fully commit. Once I got the results it was all green lights from there. They were professional and friendly.

The Associates were all friendly, accomodating, and honest. They explained everything from processing, testing, and payment. The skilled representative they sent us was also friendly and professional. Went to his home office for our testing, In and out, that easy! Got the results and were good as far as proving me and my daughters case with the immigration. Thank you DNA Diagnostics Team.

This was my first experience having to get a test like this and it was really a quick process. From the time the call was answered by the DDC representative to the scheduling, to lab the tech who collected the specimen, all was very professional and thorough. My only concern was that I wasn't able to connect to the location the day I requested and the next day, I had to call them. I started to feel like I had been bamboozled. Glad I was wrong. I don't look forward to having to go through such procedure again, but if I did, I would certainly consider DDC. Thanks for making it a painless memory.

No need for one just thank you for your service and clearing up any doubt I had about in my situation

I would recommend using DDC prenatal testing. They were reliable and easy to use and helped me. I do however wish they offered discounts for paying up front for the total cost of the prenatal test, or the test was even cheaper anyway.
