I was not pleased
I was not pleased because I paid extra money to have it overnight delivery and you still didn't start when it arrived. It was a waste of money because we did not get the results back in the time stated.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. Our goal is always to provide the fastest service possible. Unfortunately, samples cannot go into testing without proper identification. To prevent delays once samples arrive, it is extremely important to ensure samples are properly labeled and match the information on the submission form. Switched a result
Switched a result. I had one female and one male. The results came back opposite of what they really are. My Porcelain d’uccle’s result was as a male and she is a female. And my Serama’s result was a female and he is a male. Also, you are double the price as IQ Bird Testing.

We guarantee the accuracy of all our DNA tests. Our lab will do a review and retest on the samples for Serama and D’uccle to verify the results for you. Please keep in mind accuracy is also dependent on the proper collection of the sample (following each step of DDC Veterinary’s Canine Collection Procedures and properly identifying the animal and labeling the sample). 10/20/20: Hi, Kimyona. Thanks for testing with DDC. We have thoroughly reviewed your case and have determined that accredited processes have been followed and all testing has been performed correctly. In fact, we ran the test three times in the hope of being able to obtain a result with the original sample provided. In rare cases, a new sample is required to complete prenatal paternity testing and provide the answer. Although we understand it is stressful to you, it is necessary in this case, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will reach out to you shortly to schedule a new sample-collection appointment.

In looking over your case and listening to all phone calls, we see that we were not given some essential mailing information before we mailed your report and therefore it may have not been delivered properly. The last time you called, we requested that you send a "Chain of Address" form to us as required by regulations, but we have not received it. Of course we want you to get a hard copy of your report as requested, so one of our customer-service team is going to reach out to you directly to help get that done for you.

My boyfriend and I had paternity…
My boyfriend and I had paternity testing done on our daughter as he has dealt with paternity fraud in the past. I know for sure that there is no other possibility for another man to be her father however our test excluded him from being her father. The test results were delayed a day due to sample issue as well. When I called twice I was not given any information on the sample issue nor did anyone offer to review my case. This is extremely frustrating as I have no other possibilities for her father and now am being told he isn’t her father either.

In reviewing your case, our representatives gave you as much information about your results as they were able. The one-day delay during testing is not all that unusual; sometimes the lab needs more time for additional testing if they detect a genetic mutation or if the quality of the DNA sample isn't optimal. We're going to go ahead and do a full case review for you, at your request. Keep in mind that this is an at-home test, so unless you witnessed all swabbing and also had custody of the samples right through mailing, there is a possibility that he may not have submitted his own DNA. You may want to consider doing a legal, witnessed test with court-admissible results. 10/5/20: As you've been informed via a call with one of our managers, the case review has been completed and the results are confirmed correct for the samples we were provided.

Highly unprofessional - worse ever!
Highly unprofessional! Simply horrible service! submitted the blood samples on 8/12, still got nothing! it's been almost a month! no email, no calls, no texts! No customer support either! Spent hours on the phone listening to automatic messages, not a single representative available. The email I sent them was also ignored. Is this even a real lab or some kind of scam? I'd advise against using DDC unless you want to spend a large sum of money and get nothing in return but a real PITA

The turnaround time was clearly explained several times at the time the test was ordered, and updates were regularly sent to the email address confirmed by the decision-maker in this case. As explained on our website, customers can currently expect some delays when calling in, due to COVID-19 staff shortages, and I'm sorry you had a hard time getting through; but I see you were able to speak to us yesterday and today. Providing outstanding service is important to us and we appreciate our customers' patience with communication during this time.

Absolutely unprofesional.i order kit…
Absolutely unprofesional.to make app.extra charge,to receive hard copy extra charge I order kit for emigration purposes,one simple taken here one must be taken abroad in Europe,day of my app. I drive 2 hours,lost my day of work to found they dont send kit to closes hospital.Nobody call,e mail a me ,need to make another app.test .after I wait 3 week to found they not able procesed reason ambasy is closed,spend lott time on waiting to costumer service pickup phone,web have info open ,is not the way to do business,posted 1800 phone with absolutely impossible to reach live person,awfull experience..now I will be fighting to receive return,numerous call you will here just automatic voice and realy nice music...45 min on hold after they cut off phone.never recomended..use another company.you will have safe lott time and nerves.
