When I first called, the lady I spoke with was not friendly. She wasn't rude, just didn't go out of her way to make me feel comfortable. But, I really needed the service, so I signed up. I called back later to ask a simple question. She said, in a rude voice, yeah, you've called a fee times. I didn't understand why she felt that way need to say That. It was completely unnecessary. My results arrived right when promised, and overall, I'm satisfied.

The first time i called you i was surprised because you were the most expensive one, but i am glad you match the price of another agency i found online which was by far cheaper. I was please that we were able to take the samples on saturday and make the arrangements with another office in downtown. In conclusion i was pleased with the service provided.
