Took a prenatal paternity test with them. The results WERE accurate. That said, it took WAY longer than it should have. They notified me when they got the samples and it took a week and a half until I got a call that said "There wasn't enough fetal DNA in the sample ... the mother will have to retest". I called and asked for expedited results this time around and they were happy to give expedited results for free. The results came almost immediately after the samples were received. No issues with this company other than the ridiculous price of $1600 for a prenatal paternity test as well as their ridiculously slow results the first time around. Would also like to add that each time I called in, the wait time was about 30 minutes. They were accurate and I do commend them for expediting things after I asked them to the second time around.

I done in ddc testing paternity but I see negativ opinions and I don’t know or my results will be 100% positive ??

Phone wait times may sometimes be long, long as in being on hold for up to 45 minutes, but DON'T let that deter you! Just put your phone on speaker and find something constructive to do while waiting because from my experience, this company was definitely well worth the wait! The reps were extremely helpful and pleasant. And my results couldn't have come any speedier. After careful research I chose to use DDC for my NIPP test, and I don't think I could've made a better decision. My test was performed on a Monday afternoon, got an email from DDC the following Wednesday morning confirming receipt of my samples, and on that next Tuesday, five business days later, I received an email stating that testing was complete and my results were ready. Within 3-7 business days...exactly as promised! I saw some negative reviews and I almost let that deter me from choosing DDC, and from my experience I must say I'm glad I didn't allow that to happen. Great company! And thanks DDC for providing me with my answers, and furthermore peace of mind!

Hello I received my results a week early but I am concerned about the results tt says there was a mutation found what exactly dos that mean

I would like to see customer service improved as far as patience over ther phone.

Overall the service are excellent I’ll defiantly recommend other people. The rep that was helping me was wonderful she explained to me all what I needed to complete my test.

Easy testing, very affordable, only negative thing I have to say is it takes forever to get results back.

My experience with DDC was very good. My experience at the site where the collection was done was not so good. I had to wait for almost an hour even though I had a scheduled appointment time. They were very unorganized and I was fearful that the sample would not get to it's destination.
