Unsure of prenatal DNA
I have rated this company back in December on here, and I just came back to look at the reviews! The person that rated below me, put the SNPs of mother alleged father and fetal DNA on here, I'm guessing to try and get some feed back, but all the SNPS that they posted are the same exact SNPS on my prenatal DNA!!! I'm talking mother, alleged father, and fetal DNA what is the deal with that?? How are they exactley the same??? It definitely makes me wonder about the company!! I have a scheduled c section in 10 days, so I'm starting to get nervous again after seeing this!!! I mean I had to pay almost $2,000 for a test that I'm now wondering if it's correct or not! Can somebody from the company please explain this to me???

didnt get answer back when they said therefor costing me 11,500.00 to the IRS
they had every excuse in the book, I had to go down and take the swab test twice so far.....said the picture was to old and took 2 weeks to let me know that....and only because I called them and ask what the hold up was.......and if u do go to dna diagnostics....ask for Louis the only bright spot of the company.....I will never use them again.......just got a call from DNA and they took 100.00 off my bill and they answered a lot of question for me ...thank u dna diagnostics....so they went from 1 star to 3 stars

Not quick at all!!!!!!!!
I called on the 13th of Dec. and wanted the test as soon as possible and i was told i can get the test done the next day, after i paid...i got transferred to the scheduling department that told me that they are not able to get me into a lab till the 16-17th, finally after getting to a lab and having the est done, I called the next day because i was told my sample was going to be in the next day the 18th and some rude lady told me that the sample doesn't get sent back next day(like i was told) but 2 day shipping, and that test where running 7 business right now so my results won't be ready till DEC 27th, so the whole 5-7 business days turned into 10 business day, I wish i knew that and went with another company and i would of already had my results!( and was 400 dollars cheaper) Not quick at all.

Took 1 month - NOT 2 Days
Friendly and transparent but advertise a certain time frame that didn't fit my results. I thank them for the accuracy but it did take awhile.

David, we're sorry the test results came later than you had hoped, and you had to wait longer than what we claim. I checked carefully with the Service Team in this matter. We found your Case, & we show your sample came in quickly. It was in our lab for almost 30 days before the child's sample arrived. This can happen when the two parties being tested are in two different locations. Once the child's sample arrived, we quickly processed the test - in 1 day in fact. I don't know if there was a delay in the other party sending in the sample, or if the US mail service delayed the shipment. In any event, we hope this explains the delay. Sincerely, Jim H., DDC

Need to call people when results are done

Corey, thank you for your feedback. As we test thousands of people each month, we are somewhat challenged to call each party when the results are completed, especially when we get many answering machines and are not able to leave such a sensitive message. Therefore we offer a service that automatically emails the party when the results are ready to view online.
