Customer service was excellent. The rep answered all my questions and was very helpful. The canine DNA results were processed in less than 2 weeks. Email communication was beneficial. Overall, great experience. I plan to use this company again when the need arises.

This company was very fast and efficient. They let me know they received the sample and when I could expect results. I received an email several days sooner than I expected telling me my "Petey" was a GIRL! According to eye color, he should've been a boy. Finding out she is a girl is very important, so I can be vig.ilant about any egg issues she may have. Thank you DNA Diagnostics
