I appreciate the time and effort put into every sample. The only caveat I found this time was the extremely long delay in receiving the official hard copy of the results. As of this date (11 weeks after submission, 10 weeks after e-mail reply) I still have yet to receive a hard copy of the results. I understand completely the problems with Covid 19 but they advised it would only be a “short” time before I received them. This doesn’t take away from the excellent work they do but, if I’m going to give 5 stars it has to be a 5-star experience from beginning to end.

Results were quick and test was easy. I wish all the results had come in one document rather than several and days apart. I also wish there was a larger disxount for multiple pets.

Was a quick and easy process for our twins to find out if they were identical. Only remark is we had to do a bit of research once we got the results back to find out what it actually meant. I quick, layman's term for results would be nice.

This review is for the expecting mommy’s, I did the prenatal test months ago, and I started searching information about it. I was so happy with the results till I saw a post here my pregnancy was ruined completely I didn’t enjoy because of the frustration, and I was scared. My baby is going to be born in 3 weeks approximately and I decided to pay for a 3D 4D ultrasound because of the last review so I can see the face of the baby, I was in shock when I see her face, she has same as her daddy is almost unbelievable they look the same, some people don’t trust in ultrasound but if you see my pictures you are going to agree with me. In conclusion DDC was right with the results, if you decided to do this test trust the process and results don’t do same mistake that did, pushing the baby dad away the whole pregnancy and crying every day, stop checking for reviews because you never know the true behind the post, try to enjoy your pregnancy.

Hello. A few months ago, I did a paternity test during pregnancy. I am satisfied with the result and the service, but I would like to ask what is the chance of your company response being incorrect? Have there been any cases where the answer to the test was wrong and you will find out later? What is the guarantee of the answer?

So far, my experience with DDC DNA Diagnostics Centre has been great. When I found out I was expecting, I called to make inquiries into the procedure and costs involved for prenatal paternity testing, and the lady was helpful and professional. They were able to take payment immediately over the phone, and a login was set up then and there for when my results were ready. I made an appointment for myself and the alleged father to take our blood and buccal samples the following day, and the results were available only 5 days later. The entire experience was straightforward and easy. The results came back positive to the alleged father. I guess I will find out in 7 months time how accurate the results are, but I don't think there is any reason not to rely on the accuracy of the test. I haven't been able to find any reviews where DDC have got results wrong. If my results do turn out to be wrong, I will be sure to update this post. The only downside I would say is the lack of a comprehensive report. It would be helpful to see the test results laid out, rather than just a probability percentage >99.9 and that the alleged father is not excluded as the biological father of the child. That said though, I would recommend DDC to anyone needing to go through a prenatal paternity test.

At 27 weeks pregnant, I went in to a lab to get samples collected for the DDC NIPP test. 6 days later, I called to check on the results and was told that there wasn’t enough fetal DNA found in my blood and to come back in 2 weeks for a retest. After speaking with my doctor, we felt that it was pretty strange that there wouldn’t be enough fetal DNA in my blood by the third trimester (considering they conduct this test as early as 7 weeks). I emailed DDC to ask if this was normal or something to worry about, also to ask if they would waive the fee to expedite (since results are already being delayed at least 4 weeks and I’m getting pretty close to my due date at this point). I received no response to the email, but after writing this review, I got a super quick response and we continued the conversation privately on email. They were very friendly and looked into my case quickly. They actually contacted the lab I went to and had them call me to explain that it is not entirely uncommon, but sometimes there just isn’t enough fetal DNA in your blood at the time of the sampling, no matter how far along you are. They told me I could come by for a retest that afternoon and that DDC was waiving the fee to expedite the retest for me(the retest was already free of charge). I received my results within 4 days after getting the second sample lately. I was impressed by the friendliness of the DDC staff and the staff of the lab (Called “Any lab test now”), also by how quickly they looked into my case.
