Good customer service, longer wait on results, inaccessible after 90 days :(
I'd like to start by saying I happened to have a very nice customer service lady, great experience for that! The results took a little longer than they said they would but it was a mail issue and that was fine. 2 things I personally am upset about is, I paid for this test in march 2016 and got the results, looked at them once and figured OK that's it finally my wondering is put to rest. Then I just decided to try to look at it again just to try to under stand it, and yes its been over 3 months but I should be able to look whenever I want! I paid for it, and they shouldn't dissapear.... I was never informed that if I requested another lab review they can do that (I just read that on a reply to another review) ... Which I may have requested because I want to be 150% sure.. Also I was told by others that since I only did the alleged father, child one it may be incorrect and I would have loved to know that the statistics of accuracy were so much lower when its leaving the mother out because i would have got the kit for all 3 of us ! I'm almost still wondering could the results be inaccurate because I should have been part of the test?
Response from DNA Diagnostics CenterDec 6, 2019
Hi, Kimberly. Tests are available online only 90 days to security reasons. The format is a PDF, so it is extremely easy to download for later viewing. If the mother's DNA wasn't requested by the lab to complete testing or strengthen results, then it wasn't necessary in order to obtain conclusiveness. You can trust your results.
