This is a reply back to my last post. How accurate are the Prenetal Paternity test? Have you guys ever given a false negative?

Now all the bad reviews got me thinking...I was suppose to get my results today but I was told i need a retest. I’m 35weeks,a retest for what? Thank God I called or else I will just be waiting for a results that won’t come.. . To be honest,no issues with the customer services except A lady which is suppose to be on my case Shamiya Wright which hasn’t responded to my calls/voice msg since I paid $1500 they very first I called.So quick to collect your money and disappear. DDC needs to work on email updates.I hope I get the right results with this retest. Cause I don’t want to come back here and write a bad review..And m hoping for a fast results cause my baby can come anytime...It’s really emotional draining when u can’t get the results needed ASAP.

The service was great, but Now I’m worried because of the bad reviews about the prenatal paternity test. I have no peace now And I was so happy with the results. I don’t know if the test was good or not. This situation is driving me crazy can someone share information with me. Today It was confirmed that I’m having a girl, DDC was correct with the Gender of the baby and I feel better about the results.

I had no bad experience with customer service my emails were answered and the people who answer the phone seemed lovely after reading a review below I also received the U.S version of results with no detailed information at all it is very hard to trust results

am happy with the results of the prenatal paternity test but I hope they are correct given that in other parts of the world they say that the non-invasive test is not accurate and can make mistakes. we will see at the birth of the child if ddc was wrong

I went to my local DDC partner (SG) and submitted my samples for the prenatal DNA paternity test. I was told I can do it as early as 8 weeks so I went ahead with the lab. However one week later, I was told I have to resubmit my sample again due to insufficient free floating fetal cells. I paid the extra and went for a 2nd recollection (end of my 9th week) of my blood sample. Another one week passed, I was told once again there is not enough sample in my blood. I was given the option to cancel the test and get a refund. So I did so as I am left with little faith with the lab and decided to use an Australian lab instead who only allows test after 10 weeks. I have wasted previous decision making time with ddc. Little did I know, the refund amount was less than 40 % of what I paid for. I paid a hefty amount for no results. The refund policy and amount was not clearly communicated to me by my local facilitator and left me very disappointed with DDC.

I have not given birth yet but I think I trust the result. I do wish DDC was better at answering questions by mail, but they don't answer at all... I could use an answer to my questions. especially when the you pay so Much money for the test. their customer service could well be much better. but I got my answer quickly despite having another blood test as there was not enough fetal DNA in the first blood test. the result matches well with what I was already thinking.

I sent my samples overnight and signed up for status updates. They received them on Thursday and I didn't hear anything come Monday so I called. I found out the particular testing I needed cost more so I had to pay the difference. I totally understand that but why don't they call? I've now lost 2 business days of testing and instead of having my results this Thursday (the testing I am looking for takes 5 business days) I now have to wait until next Monday. Had they called me when they realized the issues I would have done my part that day to keep it on track. We provide a phone number when we register...why if they aren't going to use it? Your end of customer service is to assist the customer, not wait for the customer to call!
