During the stressful time you guys made the experience smooth and easy. Incredibly professional and personal. I can't thank you guys enough for walking us through the process and giving us the answers. The results weren't what I was hoping but that's not on DDC. I have a background in science/genetics so when I needed my own DNA test, DDC was the only lab I would consider testing with. The customer service agent was helpful and thorough in explaining the entire process and there were no issues or delays when it came time to receive my results. I could not say more about their level of professionalism or my confidence in the results. That being said, as someone whom understands DNA better than the average lay person, it is obvious that the negative reviews are based on emotions as opposed to actual science. There are many reasons that results can be delayed that is through no fault of the laboratory as there are many variables that factor into the process. When testing for paternity, many people let themselves confuse their expectations with reality, just because you didn't get the result you "thought" you'd get, does not mean that the result isn't accurate. The laboratory has no ulterior motive to issue a false result or report a result that is contrary to what the science proves. A laboratory is not going to jeopardize it's integrity, reputation or accreditation by purposely issuing inaccurate results. I would challenge anyone claiming otherwise to provide proof of their accusation. Many women on here claim they received false results because they know the timing doesn't add up or because physical features between child/alleged father are similar etc., my question would be, if you seem to already KNOW ahead of time who the father should be, why did you feel the need to test then? Because ultimately you didn't really know, you just assumed or hoped you were right and now your emotions are clouding your ability to accept the answer that you hired a lab to provide you. You are not paying to receive a result you want, you are paying to receive a result that is correct. I would suggest that you do your research before negatively reviewing a company that is, widely recognized, as the leading expert in the DNA testing field. Also, asking your friends/family their opinions is not a substitute for actual research.

Note on home DNA The staff was sooo friendly I got the answer I was Looking for I (highly) recommend DDC thank you so much and your time ❤️🥰😀
