We miss communication on payment, other wise good

It took longer than I expected but it was smooth

Straight forward and to the point took test and got results fast but the price of 399.99 could be better

Accurate results. Testing kit clear instructions To follow. The results took longer then what I was told when I made initial call to receive packet. I wasn’t explained or maybe I didn’t catch that part. The whole thing took 13 days thou. No I didn’t pay extra for services that were available for quicker response. I called on a Thrus. Pm received packet on Monday pm (CA). Send Tues (USPS). Received following Tues.

I am currently waiting on results. the lady I talked to on the phone today was very nice. but they received my samples Early yesterday morning. I still have yet to receive an email letting me know. The lady I talked to apologized and told me she would let them know because she didn't know why it hadn't been started. also, on the voicemail it says you may ask about having it expedited. They said they couldnt guarantee it. It was delivered early wed morning and they told me I may not receive results until after MONDAY. your box and voicemail say 2DAYS! Voice mail even says its possible for one day! not recommending them unless this gets fixed. update, seems there was a little confusion due to covid. once they received my concerns they quickly fixed the issue and I got my results the next day.

Very good customer service with each individual I spoke with!

Wish I had a better options for next day results as well as the way in which I received results tend to be a little complicated

The process was pretty harmless. I had to call back a few times due to Covid so hold times were a little longer. I didn’t like that one person takes your payment then you have to be transferred to someone else for scheduling. But overall great experience
