I read this review below... WHY nobody answer???????????????????? Why in some cases you give the prenatal paternity report after ONLY 3 DAYS???? SO FAST? When you write that it takes 5-7 business days?????? and in other cases you delayed??????? Please answer to this review because there are many people that are in the same situation!!!!!! Esmeralda REVIEW: I now have concerns about my result Ive been in alot of pain ever since i got my results stating the child isnt mine, also when we arrived to the center to get our blood drawn they didnt even send the kit. Good thing the center had a extra kit. but yet it does not explain why or how they got these results. I dont understand all these letters and such on my results. Also when we got our blood drawn on the 6th they said it would take 7 to 10 business days. Yet i get the results on the 12th. I dont think they took there time to really test the blood drawn. How can you send the samples so fast in 3 days where there is a weekend. Im concern with all this due to all the current negative reviews about mismatching dna samples or getting swtich. I paid all this money and nothing shows on my results explaining why im excluded. This is very hard for me and alot had say the same thing. I need assurance this test i can really relay on. JL5180

I did a home DNA test and got my results in three weeks I understand it was the holidays and their was a delay on my results but I am very worried that my results are not accurate. They came back 99.99998% and i was almost certain the man i took the test with was NOT the father because the time didnt add up with my due date. After reading some of these reviews about swabs and sample getting switched I am soo worried and I still do not have peace of mind and now I will have to spend more money using someone else to perform the tests.

I would sit on the phone for 30 minutes before I even reached an operator. It was almost impossible to make or cancel appointments. The nurse they sent me to barely knew how to draw blood and put me and the baby's father through a lot of pain. After the results were ready I was never contacted so I waited longer than I had to. Not a good experience for something that cost nearly $1700.

I am beyond livid right now -- having just had yet ANOTHER promised deadline (Fri 6pm) come and go with no results from DDC. To make matters worse, no one from the company even bothered to contact me today to let me know the results would not be delivered as promised. I waited on pins and needles, completely anxious, all day long....only to see 6 p.m. come and go with no word. Now I have another weekend to wait in worry. I called the company numerous times this week to ask for updates --- and was repeatedly told "by Friday at 6." I find it unconscionable that no one bothered to contact me to correct this and update me when it became clear they were not going to deliver on this promise. Anyone who has been in this situation, awaiting DNA results, knows how incredibly psychologically draining it is. Knowing this, the company should be far more attentive and responsible in keeping their clients well informed. In total, I have now waited two additional weeks beyond the initial deadline they gave me for anticipated results. This has been excruciating. I urge anyone who chooses to use this company to aggressively question them on their timelines and adjust your expectations. The advertised quick turn-around is certainly not guaranteed. THis is not the only problem I've had with my experience, though it is the most significant. I also have problems with their confidentiality procedures and the professionalism of the collection site. The alleged father has been able to call DDC and receive information that I feel should not have been released, as I am the paying client. Furthermore, the lab tech offered him advice about the legal ramifications of the case, which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. These experiences have made what is already a stressful life circumstance even more so. Please proceed with caution. And DDC, please work on improving these areas and providing more reliable, honest service.

Everything was smooth up until the first day I was supposed to relieve results. They informed me I would have results the following day, okay no big deal. When the following day arrived they then told me they needed 3 more days because they "use different locations in the blood to get the results they need. So they need more time to test the different locations." 3 days later came around and today I received a phone call saying they now need 3 more days. I am not very happy because of the money I have spent. They informed me they are already knocking 200 dollars off since it keeps getting delayed and stated if there are anymore delays then they will give me more of a discount. One of the ladies I spoke to informed me that they have never NOT found the results when using all different "locations in the blood." Another lady informed me that if they needed more blood drawn they would have already requested it from me. Everyone thinks I'm getting scammed but I really just think this is my luck. It does suck because it gets my hopes up and I just dread the phone call saying they did everything they could do but just can't get the results they need. I asked if I would get all my money back if I don't feel like waiting anymore and they said all of it except $129. I'm just scared I won't get my results and it's just a let down that I didn't get my results as easy as everyone else. I don't understand. I am just curious if more people go through this than just me with this company.

I tested 4 guys and all of them came back 0% the father. one of the guys I didn't think could be the father cause he didn't match up with the timeline of my due date and my lmp. They are telling me the test are 100% accurate so I guess my son doesn't have a father. The lady who helped me out said my dna and the child's dna was consistent so they couldn't be wrong but I tested every guy I slept with in a 2 month period and I saw them swab themselves.

First off customer service is excellent. I am disappointed with this company not being able to send my results to the correct destination. I have been battling this company every day for the past week going on to get my results shipped and correctly. Each time the same excuses from every representative. The first tracking info I got after I question the company on fedex destination is incorrect every one insisted it was correct to disregard seeing my package going to Africa. Even after the package clearly arrived in Africa and I still advised this is incorrect they insisted telling me to call fedex which I did "pending case". I called in again another rep gave me a new tracking# for another package showing as Delivered in Africa on FedEx site 3 weeks before mine. I called back only to be told they would just send out a new shipment immediately. To date everyday I have called in and this results has not been sent out delaying my case. Every one keeps telling me it's shipping department each time it is going out today and never goes out. I am in fear of if my results are even accurate at all based off a company sending my info across the world to God knows who. I paid my money without any problems did everything on my end for parties involved and this company advertise accuracy and fast which is false. I am sure they will respond with the cliché "We are so sorry" BS I am so over it......I have to warn people of this before they go into business with this company. I am never one to bash on any business because mistakes do happen. I have called in calm and understanding far too many times to count and so tired...DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!
