EDIT! Excellent service after re-newed contact, the result form is now fully filled. Quick respons and very helpful staff! Thank you! ------ I could wish that all of the dogs information was filled in on the form since that piece of paper is the legit result. I gave all info when ordering the test kit but the result paper was just filled by half with my dogs info.

I really would give you 5 stars for your service, but 1 star for your website. Your old website was better. It is impossible to quickly find the forms and costs. I have had to call friends who use your service and ask them where to find the form I needed. Ironically, they said they had to contact you because they had the same problem and you sent them a link - which they passed on to me. Pleeease fix this problem - you may think is is only a little thing, but when you are in a hurry it is huge and one can't help but wonder if it has lost you customers - which would be unfortunate for both you and them as your service is excellent - especially in these difficult times. A sincere thank you for your work and help.

Everything was good, customer service Was good and shipping and test results were quick, however I wish results were explained a bit better as I dont really understand them still and I have done extensive research online trying to find answers and still have some questions. Not everything on the DNA test is on the chart they have for customers. Also I wish you tested for merle.

Having complained about a very late report and poor service, I have to say that the new team at DNA contacted me and have completely redeemed themselves and sorted out matters for us incredibly quickly. Fair enough and I have uprated positively my recent experience of them accordingly.

Very helpful customer service. Website and ordering is a bit of a trick and as it is I ordered the full panel and did not get the harlequin gene tested. I wasn’t interested in it but it seems that the ordering or panels should be more clear cut. However I could have called customer service on this specific and did not. Overall very happy. Will use again for my litters. But will be consulting with customer service in future to ensure I get results I want.

DDC has always been great. But this last time I had used DDC I had a couple problems. First the coupon code I used to get a discount on my tests, said it worked but than it charged full price. I called and they fixed that. Than they had gotten the breeds wrong on my test papers. I had to call to get this corrected. They fixed it right away. They are very easy to deal with and fixed everything.
