7/10/20: We're sorry we didn't provide good enough service to earn 5 stars. I see from the case notes that your password to access your account was reset. Are you still not able to access? Our lab operates 24 hours during the work week, and so we are closed on the weekends. But you are always welcome to contact us during customer service hours M-F at 800-831-1906.

7/10/20: Hi, Kelli. We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry you're disappointed. Your case record shows we didn't receive the samples for testing back from you until Friday, June 18, making it impossible to provide results by Father's Day even if your daughter had checked the box on the paperwork. That being said, you're absolutely right we should have notified you sooner that the paperwork was incomplete, which is why you were given a partial refund. Other than that oversight, all other facets of the testing process were handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Thanks for testing with DDC, and take care.

7/7/20: Thanks for testing with us. We cannot complete testing when important sample envelopes are sent back to us incomplete: I'm sure you understand. And when information about race is missing, we must reach out to that participant directly; and so, a text with that request was sent to the possible father on 5/28. It is then the test participant's responsibility to reach back out to us. If you have further questions or concerns, you're welcome to reach out to customer service.

6/29/2020: Hi, Nohely. That's a great question! All samples are tracked from start to finish via bar code, so names technically are not necessary. However, we ask for them as an extra layer of internal identification and to assist our customer-service team if people call in. We do not put names on our at-home test reports because DNA is collected at home and the identities of the test participants have not been independently verified. Legal reports with court-admissible results are different: These tests do have names because test-participant IDs are checked and DNA-collection is witnessed by an approved independent 3rd party. 6/24/20: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that relationship testing is stressful, which is why we do everything possible to complete each test and provide a report to our customers as soon as possible. Sometimes with DNA analysis, additional testing is required in order to obtain conclusive results. Although we understand the few days' wait can be hard, that extra time is absolutely necessary to ensure you can have the peace of mind that your report is accurate.

6/24/20: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry you feel like we don't care. Our records show we spoke to you on 12 different occasions after payment was taken. We had agents take the time to explain the process and your choices as you weighed options and deliberated on changing from in home to an in office test. We understand how important relationship DNA tests are and do our very best to provide excellent and caring service. Once all samples arrived at our lab, results were posted in 2 business days, as promised.
