I took my initial test for the prenatal DNA testing in July it's now the end of august and they still have no results!!!!! they tell you 7 days but that is false. at this point it's been 5 weeks and I'm waiting for a full refund. I wasted so much time and emotions on this company for nothing. I do not recommend them

The DDC has promised me on three different occasions a result. I started this process on June 27th where I recieved a "not enough fetal DNA" response over a week later. They said on numerous occasions that they would call me back when things change and never do, I'm always the one calling in to get the new results and updates to my case. On top of that the newest result was promised to come today and now they are saying they are going to extend it to the 24th. After speaking to a manager she was not able to tell me if by the 24th I would even have a result! That would make this a 3 month process and I am disqusted with the services and broken promises... Especially after WE PAID $1600+ dollars for this!! I will never ever ever use this service again.. Over priced and under promised..

After getting my blood drawn nearly 3 weeks ago and being told 7 more days not including the weekend, i now have to go back tomorrow to get MY blood drawn again. which wouldnt be a big deal if i didnt pay 1600 dollars for them to just tell me there was a problem getting my babies dna. i am 24 weeks pregnant and got the test at 21 weeks. they took my blood and the (hopefully not) fathers dna.... it is very nerve racking waiting for the results and then waiting all day with nothing.. calling yourself.. and then being told "oh the results wont be in today 7 more days" SERIOUSLY do you know how hormonal i am and how stressful this situation is?!? cant they speed the process up once they get my new sample of blood so im not being told another week. my baby will be here before i get the prenatal results! i want answers from the ddc but no one has any to give me.

Before deciding to choose DDC for our prenatal testing, my partner and I spent several weeks researching companies, reading reviews, etc. My first call to set up the testing, the representative was extremely helpful, took my deposit and explained how long the results should take to receive and answered the rest of my questions. The same day we visited the lab to have our blood drawn, the $1,600 for the test was paid in full. Within 2 weeks of that day, we were told we would have our results. Over the course of the next couple weeks, I have called the prenatal department wondering what is going on; all anyone can tell me is that they are having issues with the results and that I will find out on "Monday". It will be 4 weeks since our blood was drawn, the money was paid in full and I do not understand what the issue is. I would really appreciate if someone could contact me and give me a better response than I will know on Monday. I am contacting the company twice a week. Still with no results.

I did a home test. The results came back 99.9996% he is the father. So, we were so excited, told everyone and scheduled a legal test so he could be added to the birth certificate and her name changed. We used DDC for both tests. The legal test came back 0% for paternity! We were shocked. We began looking over the results and it appeared on the second test my swab and my daughter's swab had been switched. Now, I can't get anyone to respond to my concerns. I've been out over 700 dollars and still no results. We are a complete wreck waiting to see what we need to do.

Ok so maybe this doesn't happen very often but one tim is too many and all you who read this should look for a new place to go. Now I had a prenatal test with my ex and the guy she was with a week before we got together. Came in took the test in Aberdeen Maryland area with my ex and the other guy all at the time together. Was supposed to take two weeks or something. Well they came back and said the results were unclear so they had to do it again. Then after another two weeks I got the results and it wasnt mine so I left her cuz she lied to about and I wasn't sticking around to raise this other guys kid... well he had to go through the state to get visitation and another test was required and it wasnt his... so I took another test and it was mine! They switched our blood in the Lab! Now how many times do ppl get a second test done? Probably pretty rare now how many times did this happen and theres ppl out there thinking their raising their kid and their not and how many guys arnt raising their kids cuz the results were wrong! The owner manager guy was like well all were responsible for is to give you your money back! This company screwed me outta seeing my kid born I wasnt there for the first 8 months of her life because of this company. I hate this company
