Customer service is fabulous Superior two MARS and Embarkvet by a factor of 4! I did enjoy the earlier capability to pay by clicking on a link. If that isn’t an option I would like a non visa option PayPal Venmo Zelle Turn around time is reasonable Pricing is fair Accuracy is not in question

I recently did a prenatal paternity test through DDC. They took the alleged fathers buccal sample and my blood sample. The results came back how I wanted them to, he was 99.9% not excluded as the biological father. I was so happy but I’m worried. The results were supposed to be run twice but I got my results back quickly WITHIN 2 DAYS of sending in the samples, so I feel like just because it was a “personal knowledge” test and I didn’t provide our names or want any legal reasoning, my test was rushed or made up. I’ll find out when it’s born I guess.

12/10/20: Thanks for testing with us! A prenatal-paternity case can definitely be completed in just two days, if we have space left on the plate for that day and the samples arrive and are processed before that plate is started. All reports for tests are double-checked before they are sent out as well. No test is ever rushed. Once samples arrive at the lab, the process is exactly the same for non-legal tests as they are for legal tests, and you can be assured your test received the same excellent care and accurate diagnosis as a legal one. I recently did the non-invasive paternity test. I have reached out via email & fb messenger also called a few times after reviewing my results just for reassurance that they are indeed correct. They are always kind and reassuring that yes my results are 100% accurate and that I will not need to retest after birth. I am due soon and can only hope that the test is as accurate as they say. Overall my experience with the company has been good. From the testing setup to my non-stop questions after my results, they’ve always been kind and understanding. I will try to remember to update for other mommies after I have my son 🤞🏼 But honestly don’t see why the results would be any different. Thank you DDC!

Results were back very quickly. The biggest frustration that I had was that I overnighted my package on a Thursday. They were closed that Friday so it was a waste of money. This should have been posted to their homepage. I also spoke with someone on the phone when I ordered my kit and they said nothing about being closed that Friday.
