Very poor communication, follow up, and response time. The staff doesn’t seem too knowledgeable was given different information each time I called. Expedite was not fully explained and was not actually an expedite. Thankful for the service provided although lacking in professionalism and communication.

I test 3 potential fathers and something has to be wrong!! Each one cane back 0 percent.. also, with testing 3 potential father each separately a discount should have been applied or given! And Lastly the time frame to received results is extremely too long!

(1) All came back 0% probability of paternity: You can be certain your results are correct for the samples we were provided to test. (2) No discounts were provided for multiple tests: We did provide a substantial discount for tests 2 and 3. (3) Took too long to receive results: Once samples for each test arrived at the lab, your reports for two of the tests were ready and posted within 2 business days, as promised. For test #2, we provided same-day results at no extra charge. We're sorry you don't feel like you had a good experience with us. No doubt it's very disappointing to receive three results of 0%, probability of paternity. Be assured our testing processes are sound and our records show your reports were provided in a timely manner and at a discount. I'm not sure there was anything else we could do to make your testing experience better. After I seen that review that was posted about a false positive I just want to ball my eyes out and cry. I was finally starting to feel at ease with my results and starting to finally breathe. But now the anxiety is triggered again. I shouldn’t have to go through this at all and should be able to put my full trust into you guys because this is so unhealthy on my baby and triggers postpartum after birth. I don’t know what to believe at this point. I got tested when I was about 9 weeks and I got the answer I wanted and was extremely happy. I want an explanation on all of this because why would somebody go out there way to post a long review like that just for it to be false. Please explain to me because I’m up with no sleep in tears. Please the person who wrote the review is there any way you can contact me personally even if I can just contact you through email? My heart is very heavy for you. Nobody should have to go through this. EVER.

Case is still ongoing went to Native American Side high amount of money test result recommended more family testing did that got an enormous run around because dna diagnostics is not in touch with how tribes work back and forth calling got switched over to different departments said they would call back me back didn’t called them again got referred to someone who needed permission to run test gave that waited for results 8 days later called again someone named Samantha said she needed to switch to other department but that person wasn’t in. Said she would call back by end of today 02-03-20. Seems a long way around for something to have been simple. Case has been open since Sept of 2019.

Thank you for testing with us. We understand your concerns and will be glad to address them. We are proud to provide DNA-testing services to customers to help those customers claim tribal membership. But it's important to remember that DNA results are only one factor in whether or not a person will be granted tribal membership. Criteria for membership are determined by the individual tribe and never by us. We maintain excellent relationships with the tribes we assist, however all contact with the tribe about an individual's unique case requirements is the responsibility of our customers. Once a customer is advised by the tribe, our job is to then provide testing services ordered by the customer, as was recommended to the customer by the tribe. In this case, testing was ordered by the customer prior to contacting the tribe . This is definitely not a simple case, and since September of 2019, our lab has either been performing the requested tests or been waiting for the customer to contact us before we could continue testing. The last communication from the customer was on January 24 and test results are due today. As you mentioned, you will be contacted by end of day.
