I purchased the test the day i was scheduled for Birth by cesarean. The Father and I completed the kit the same day and placed in regular mail with the envelope provided. On the8 "business day" gave them a call to see had the test been received... it had not. Called again around the 11th day it still was not there. The representative I spoke with explained that because it is "business reply mail" it is the slowest route possible for the kit to arrive to them. I never knew that and feel that the kit should explain so that you can choose an alternative route. The kit has not arrived and it has now been 21 "business days" . Also the fact that they work off of business ays makes no sense be ause we all know that mail is being processed at leadt one weekend day. The Father called and ordered another kit, and it has not arrived. I know that they cannot determine the pace of the mail. But should give other options to the customers.

August 2016 I did a legal noninvasive prenatal DNA test through DDC in order to have my daughter recognized as Native American through the alleged fathers tribe in order for her to recieve her benefits from their tribe . The results came back that he was excluded as the biological father of the fetus . Impossible. We did not do the test because we had doubt . We did the test for her to be enrolled in their tribe . So we contacted DDC and they claimed that they never make mistakes and basically to accept the results. A company that never makes mistakes? I don't think so. My daughter was born October 2016 . We retested her through labcorp and what do you know . The alleged father cannot be excluded as her biological father . DDC results were inaccurate. Which caused extreme stress for my pregnancy, my relationship, and myself. DDC needs to realize the long term affects of inaccurate results. Thankful my boyfriend believed in me and believed that she was his and didn't miss his daughter being born because of false results. DDC could've took the moment from us with the wrong results.

We called and paid for the prenatal testing. We were told to go to lab and it would take 7-10 days to get results. Paid for test on Monday. Wed was our appointment. Went to appointment. Get a phone call on Friday saying lady didn't take enough blood. Have to make second appoint for the wed after. Waited 9 days before calling back, was curious if the results were in. [Really wanted to know if it was a boy or girl] lady says we didn't choose that option. The f I didn't. Of course I did. Basically she says well not alot we can do go screw yourself. I ask to speak with a manager and she refuses. Not worth the money. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service ever. Not happy. Still don't know my results and it's been 3 weeks. What a joke.

Is crazy how they tell you the world to get you to take the Nipp test but they didn't respond to some thing written about it and 5 days past I don't think no one should take that test seriously .....get an abortion or wait until the baby is born it isn't worth it they just want your money after the test is paid for they don't care a lot of kids walking around here thinking the wrong person there dad parents aren't second questioning once they get the results they want. why is it that they did tell you about them checking the test twice and how it's 99percent correct when your paying for it...why didn't that post have a response to it like other post on here that got a response from ddc a day later

my Review is this i paid in full up front and even paid extra$60 to ship overnight.i got mine 5 day later the other party got theres 8/9 days later.it all got blamed on the mail carrier.to start with the guy we set it up with had it all screwed up how i dont know.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TAKES FOREVER..IM IN MY 2WEEKS LATER AND STILL havent recieved our sample back yet and blames the mail carrier yet again.i will update on this review as ut unfolds. "WERES MY RESULTS???.?IF I HAD IT TO DO ALL OVER I WOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SURE NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!! My goodness I just read that they responded 2 days ago and i wrote this review in 2016 are you serious after this long you FINALLY responded?? That was just what I needed today was a huge laugh I've never seen it take this long for a response what hey give you an A for the response 3 years later lmfao.

Sent my swabs off over 15 days ago, still no email saying you all received them, took me 9yrs to get in touch with this man, I need those results... Asap

My boyfriend passed away (car accident) shortly before I had our baby. He was an organ donor and we were lucky that they had a sample for DDC to use. What was supposed to take a month is taking 3. After I paid for the test, they made a mistake and didn't put the test through. After not hearing anything for over a week I decided to call and that was when they let me know that a mistake had been made. Days later, the results come. They were accurate, but would only send me a copy. I called 2 weeks after the results were supposed to arrive at my house because they still hadn't come. She told me that I could just go online and print the results, but with it being a LEGAL DNA test and I'm using it in court to add my boyfriends name to the birth certificate, I can't use a COPY. She said she understood and she would send me the original results. I get the results a few days later, but ANOTHER COPY was sent to me. So, I call again and the lady I spoke to was so rude. She just kept telling me that they keep the original. It's a legal DNA test. No court system is going to accept a copy of anything. So she "noted" that on my account. What DDC doesn't understand, this is costing me 150$ every week because my son could be collecting death benefits. I'm now worried that they will never send me the original. Which will cost my son his 90,000 in lifetime death benefits. They took the only sample of DNA left from Mason to do the test.

I contacted DDC because I finally got ahold of my son's biological father after years of trying and I got him to sit down and do the home DNA test (which I paid for in advance). The kit came super fast but that's about all that came. I'm still waiting in my results and am not getting any encouragement from DDC. It's been well over the time that they should have received my samples but every time that I call, I get the runaround. Going through DNA testing is hard especially for the child so you would think that the company would take better care to insure timeliness and accuracy. So now I'm out of my money and need to track down the father again. I'm so disheartened by this experience and my son's feeling are hurt.
