I made a mtDNA test for 200 CHF. I am very disappointed with the result. Well, not the result itself. But the way it describes. It only states "Place of Origin: Western Asia" and "haplogroup N". For which they send a standard, impersonal letter with no details on who I really am. I could have told everyone as well that I am from Western Asia. I wanted to know how much from which Region. That's all. Waited over a month for nothing... A waste of money... sorry.

£100 to tell me I was 100% European - nothing more. RIP off

Went to get tested on a Tuesday and it’s been a week and a half with no results! Even though they say 5-7 business days! They do understand that we had the test done because we are a nervous wreck and they make us wait all this time! Unbelievable!

I used DDC and had to retest 3 times because there wasn't enough fetal DNA. Even though my doctors had no problem!!! By the third time I think they were just done dealing with us. They told us they would expedite the results. I called on Tuesday to make sure they received the sample and they could use them since I took the test Friday. The lady said she didn't know. So come Wednesday my ex got the results sent to his mail he's not the father. Once I finally got mine in the mail there's NO DATA! How can you tell me he's not the father with no explanation as to why he is excluded. I was specifically told what would be on the results regardless and was even shown someone else's (without seeing there name but saw the results) and there's was how other people told me it was supposed to say. I emailed them and got no reply back. I'm so furious. So now I have to wait till the baby is born regardless to hope he will get tested because you guys don't know who to obviously do your job or are deceiving. Very baffled by this company and have a few friends after the fact tell me I should have never went through with this company because of the complaints.

I purchased the testing kit, then went online and purchased the service. During the purchasing process, it states on box and forms "results two days after receiving samples" . I mail everything out and received a text message on a Wednesday night, stating they received payment and samples and the results would be ready on the following Monday. 5days later. When calling the lab, Lindsay tells me since they didn't start until the next day and they don't work over the weekend it won't be until Monday. No where did I read that it required business days! While waiting to speak with a supervisor Chrissy, I search the website and discovered that the websites states "One Business Day!" and she told me that she was aware the website says it!... Clearly this company can't be taken at thier word! And I certainly can't trust them to be honest with a DNA test! So we are back to square one! Having to get a new test!..... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY CANT KEEP THIER WORD, THEREFORE YOU CANT TRUST THIER TEST! ... I just hope thier lies can hold up in court..... small claims here we come!

Shockingly bad! I bought a DNA analysis through wowcher for £79 reduced fron £199. I received 2 files - a 10 page generic document and another 10 page document with 6 generic pages and 4 pages about me that had 3 bar charts and 3 maps with dots on basically saying the same thing - if it had been £10 I may have been satisfied - I am not a complainer but this riled me to leave a bad review - total rip off do not use this company

Had a test done by the DDC. I had to go to Vero Beach to get a Paternity test done. It was sent off. It came back 7 days later then expected. Test shows I am the father of the child. Upon further examination of the test, I realize the numbers on the test are all wrong. Do they even know how to calculate properly. Tried to the original test results, but was told they don't keep them forever and that I had to go through the Florida Department of Revenue. Are you serious? So now I'm paying child support for a child that might not be mine and looks nothing like me.
