Very disappointed in how things are being handled. Was told I would have results in 3 days, they called the day before and said they needed additional time and I would then have the results the following Monday. I called this morning to check on the status and all was good. It’s past the time I should’ve had the results and didn’t even get a phone call today or update so I could have peace of mind. At a stressful time this is making it more stressful when I did the prenatal process for peace of mind. $1800 later and still no answers.

My name is Daniel rice had a DNA test with your company and was wonder why I didn't get all 4 Of my test Back. They took 4Q tips and tested me 4 times. Why didn't I get other sets so I can compare them. Is it because they didn't have the same results. And why did you determine out of the for that this one was the right 1. And I'm curious why you didn't use Y-chromosome test for DNA. When it is a male child. The Y-chromosome is passed down from father to son generation to generation. If you can please get back with me on this matter. I believe that my test is wrong. You have me marked down as the father at 99.9999%. And the number that you have of possibility is over 12 billion. When there's only 7.7 billion people on Earth As of June 2019 . And I know every person on Earth has not been tested for DNA. So Somehow the numbers are not correct.

I’ve read what other have to say about the horrible customer service.. wait time, pricing.. I agree with all of it. I just want to add the horrible experience I had. I went through early pre-natal testing. As did one of the alleged fathers before he had to go on military leave for two weeks. These people collected his sample with out getting his name correctly! Then they contact me threatening that I can’t get my results until he calls them to correct this. (Mind you, they have a copy of his drivers license.. they can easily see the correct spelling there) He knows I’m super stress about the situation, he sneaks a call to these people and they still don’t get his name right! The incompetence! DDC also will not allow me to give them the correct spelling! It must come from him. They demand that he call back like he has all the time in the world. Like people don’t work or have jobs... like how do you mess it up twice? And make no apologies for it? Take no ownership of your company’s error! Now I Have to wait until he completes his military leave and is able to call them so I can learn my future. Which is insanely frustrating! DDC doesn’t follow properly HIPPA protocols! You didn’t even get the mans name right! Twice... On top of the FACT that you make so difficult to speak with someone on the phone so we could correct YOUR error! And again, as seen below! No accountability for your actions.

If I could leave zero stars I would. After 3-4 business it states, my tests are 7 business days and counting, no phone call, no email , cant get through to them on the phone, only an answering machine that appears to be abandoned , no reply to emails. In whats a pretty stressful time already , this cowboy outfit is making things 100x worse. This is the uk version of your 'company'

The by mail system is not only completely useless but we were warned not to do DNA this way because of contamination and DNA breakdown. So big surprise, When they received the sample the sample had broken down too much and couldn't be done. I am on a deadline and risking someone getting power who is a horrible person because they didn't listen in school and maybe don't even have any kind of degrees for doing this form of testing. I demanded my money back and I am going to a lab I was searching for in the first place. One of the students in my graduating class works there. He wasn't the best in class but highly competent, but he will do it a hell of a lot better than DNA Diagnostic Centers and won't allow the sample to degrade because of stupidity!

This is got to be the worst place to do business as they lack courtesy and good customer service. These people are disgusting and poorly train and will mess up your information as in the case with me. Very very poor customer service...

Horrible customer service. They must have 1 person answering the phones. I have been on hold for over an hour each time I would call. Then when I would talk to someone they would put me on hold and I would get disconnected. Horrible communication.

Takes far too long for results to come back. Also don't tell you they send your samples to America so add the time it takes to do that onto your 4 working days!
