I bought the ancestry DNA test. It was completely wrong and said my origins are from places that no one in my family is from! My other family members have done DNA tests with other companies and their results are all accurate. It's what you get from using a cheap company. DO NOT use this company.

The father of my child sent in an impostor to take his DNA test and it was not caught by the collector she stated she took his id and picture which are CLEARLY two different ppl, I am getting NO help trying to fix the problem , so I will be filing a lawsuit,

The DNA collector in your case followed all proper protocols. If you want to make a fraud claim to the court about the man who showed up for testing, you have everything you need from us to do so. Why do you guys delete reviews? I saw the tim ever post, and now you guys reported it why?? If your test are accurate then bad reviews should not be deleted. You guys should not do that.

Hi, Ariana. A company cannot delete a review...only Trustpilot can. If any reviewer makes claims that cannot be proven and does not respond to requests for information, then that review is suspicious. We have a responsibility to our customers and potential customers to investigate claims and make sure Trustpilot visitors are provided with accurate information.

Hello, Casey. We've already addressed your concerns in the review you left yesterday. We provided testing services for the third party you purchased from; you did not purchase from us directly. If you'd like a different test performed, like a Y chromosome test, you are welcome to contact the company from which you ordered. We are not allowed to perform any other tests with the samples provided for the first test. As mentioned in your other review, we performed the test all over again with the samples we were provided to test and the results were the same as the first test. We maintain the highest levels of accreditation possible. If DNA from the same parties submitted for the first test is also submitted for testing at a different lab, you can expect the results to be exactly the same. Since you claim two other labs provided different results, we highly recommend that you provide those results to the company from which you ordered the test so that they can be compared to ensure the same DNA was submitted.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I called after they texted me and I received the worst service I’ve ever received from a business is my entire life. I spoke with a Rep by the name of Sabrina. She was horribly disrespectful, after denying me to speak to a manager or supervisor, she hung up rite in the middle of me talking. She never listened to me not one time. Businesses like this don’t deserve our money. She should be relived from her duties as she makes the business look very bad. Sabrina blames me for having a attitude. Sabrina also said if I leave a review she will see if she can go and like it to show me how much she doesn’t care. She has no care for the life of the business neither does she care about the business reputation. Horrible and I will never deal with this company again. Insensitive to the critical situation. I will contacting the BBB as well.

Once again, the WORST company to deal with. I was offered a full refund after the phone call I received that I would need to retest for a third time. After scheduling a 3rd lab draw I decided this was not worth my time or stress. I paid $1,700 over a month ago and decided enough was enough. I called customer service on Friday 03/06/20 and was told I would be issued my refund as promised. I even had the man verify the card #. Now here it is Wednesday the 11th with no sign of my return. I contacted DDC and was told my return was never submitted because I needed to be contacted first. Never once was I told this on the phone last Friday. Here I am waiting on a return that was never coming. POOR communication on their part. Possibly the worst company I have dealt with. Do not waste your money on them, there are plenty of other DNA testing centers out there. I will be taking legal action if this issue does not resolve. I have now been on hold to try and speak to a "supervisor" for 30 minutes.

As we mentioned in your last review, some expectant mothers do not have enough free-floating DNA in their bloodstreams at 7 weeks in order to complete testing, which was unfortunately true in your case. As with other tests - both DNA and diagnostic - certain criteria must be met for testing to be completed, and we're very sorry this didn't work out for you. The manager overseeing your case has been out with the flu since Friday, but another manager is now expediting your refund. If you have any other questions or concerns, please give us a call.

Take your money and collect but never provide results. Find another provider. Do not fall for their we finance line. If it is for legal purposes please take it from me Find another testing company. They will act like they mailed you results but never did and demand more money to act like they are going to mail the results again. I stopped payment on them after they tried several times to hit up my card for services not completed.... Do not trust these people. You can say what you want I will post my card statement you got more than just a deposit. And what comes out your mouths are lies you did not send me nothing. If you had I would not be on here. Folks do not use these people.

Thanks for testing with us. As mentioned in your phone conversation with us today, our records show your results were definitely sent to the embassy three months ago and a copy was also mailed to your home at the same time. You have only paid the deposit for the test, and we cannot send another copy of the results until the price for the test is paid in full. You are not being asked to pay "more money:" just the balance on the original amount agreed to. Once you do so, we'll be happy to expedite a new copy of the results via courier at no charge.

I got my paperwork and it was completely wrong. I know this because I had the test done elsewhere and it came back differently. When they email my results they didn’t even have a ddc logo on them and things were missing and words were misspelled. My paper said it was 0% of him being the father which the results are never 0%.

Hi, Amanda. Are you perhaps mistaking another company for us? Because your claims are inconsistent with our practices. We never email results, for privacy and security reasons. Each report is reviewed by one of our PhDs and is a set form , so there can be no misspellings or omissions. If a man tested is excluded from being the biological father (is not considered the father), then yes, the report would definitely show a 0% probability of paternity.
