My experience was horrible and my test results were incorrect

I Wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star. For starters it took weeks for them to receive the samples and when I phoned up they said they can’t find it and there re send free of charge to then get a email within 30 mins saying they found it and I get the results on Friday. Friday came no results so I phoned up the following Monday for them to say they can’t find it and they will call back. They never called back so I phoned them back for them to say they found it again and to make payment. I made the payment for them to say again I get the results in a few days yet the email said last week I would have to the results then, Talk about messing me Around now to wait another week. the results are longer then 3-4 days more like weeks to wait for it

Very misleading website AND company! Did DNA on both our kids in order to obtain custody paperwork for court. Was lead to believe we could put a $150 deposit down on a $600 total, get the tests done, and then pay as we could until the balance was paid off. Since we needed them quickly and are on a tight budget it was a relief to have this option. We waited about a week just to receive an email advising us to call and arrange payment to receive our results. It is stated several times on the website that payment plans are available, which is what we asked to do in the initial set up and what I THOUGHT we were signed up for. I was told at set up that I could just call and make a payment whenever I had the money. Come to find out after several calls and speaking to several different people that this particular test does not offer a payment plan and the balance must be paid in full in order to receive results. There is nothing specific or super informative on the website and you literally rely on these people for accurate information. Apparently commission is received when these tests are purchased, so they’re going to tell you whatever they can to sell them to you just to make a little bit of money. I dealt with Michelle Saxton in the sales department. Would NOT recommend her or this company. We relied on them for an important service and honesty and was mislead from the beginning causing our deadline for submitting the paperwork to be missed. Going somewhere else was not An option because we already paid $150 towards the Tests which they refused to refund. Just an overall bad experience. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. If you choose DDC I would HIGHLY recommend NOT working with Michelle Saxton Update and response to the response below... the calls automatically record on my phone as well which I offered to provide and NO WHERE IN ANY CONVERSATION upon purchasing the tests did she state they’d have to be paid in full for results. I was notified AFTER testing was complete and AFTER calling to speak with two different people. The first time i was told I’d be receiving a call back and never got called back. So I called again and THEN is when I was notified of the CORRECT information. Michelle Saxton 100% misinformed us for a little commission. So to say you reviewed calls and I was correctly informed to save a little face is really bogus. I wish there was a way to upload the calls I’ve got 🙄

Still have not gotten results in mail. Was won’t informed of them even getting sent in mail was told I would have immediate access upon second payment. Not happy with my experience.

They told me the results will be mailed to me . I have them the address that I wanted the results mailed to and they still sent it to the wrong address. And I was under the impression that the results would be sent to me but instead the results were sent to the mother. I received the results too but through email. And I was under the impression that only me was going to get the results because of the fact that I was the one who paid for this test and my name was on the account.

Wow. I love how you suddenly have all this short 5 star reviews. When just the other day everyone has been putting up terrible reviews and their personal stories. The manager reports the bad reviews and gets them taken off! This is ridiculous. Also, I hope Natera finds out you are putting them responsible on the test. I called them today and they wanted to see the actually documents they couldn’t believe it! They have no affiliation with you! They do all sorts of testing through actual doctors offices. They DO NOT do DNA noninvasive prenatal testing! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

We are still confused. We paid the free, then type wanted an extra 75.00 because the father could be an uncle. So we still don’t know if he is an uncle? He was not the the father, but why did we have to even pay an extra fee when I told her he could be an uncle she said we had to pay 75.00 more to know. And all we know is he was not the father.

Customer service was horrible everything was horrible
