Going through the pages on the internet were easy and helpful, but when it says it's free it should be free. I understand about charging but you should be up front with it. I was lost after I set up my password, so I did the on line hlep and that whas Great. I thought I got riped off but found the page on the internet that I was to go to and now it worked. Thank you this is what my boyfriend needed. Thank you
