I actually thought this was awful
I actually thought this was awful. You did not Target the specific endorsement I was looking for. Every test was General Knowledge Questions not hazmat. Clumsy to navigate. I was better off using a free site.

Hi Mike, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our CDL Premium program includes practice tests for all CDL endorsements, including HazMat, which are available within the CDL section of your account (via the menu on desktop or the truck/bus icon on mobile). It sounds like this section may not have been accessed during your practice, which may have led to some confusion. We’ve also contacted you privately and processed a full refund for your order. If you have any remaining questions, feel free to reach out at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help. Best regards, The DMV-Permit-Test.com Team

Wording is VERY DECEITFUL
Wording is VERY DECEITFUL. Wording VERY CONFUSING, I feel that when a person fails test because noted above, it is a JOKE to DMV EMPLOYEES. Feels like DMV doesn’t wish good to public. And Very Contradicting questions.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand how frustrating that can feel. The official DMV test is known for tricky wording and sometimes confusing phrasing, which can catch many test-takers off guard. That’s exactly why we provide realistic, exam-like questions, so you can get used to that format and avoid surprises on test day. Practicing under these conditions can make a big difference when it comes to passing. Wishing you the best with your preparation!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take accuracy very seriously. We tried to reach out to you via Trustpilot, but we haven't heard back. If you're able to let us know which test or question you're referring to, we'd be more than happy to investigate right away. Providing accurate, up-to-date practice tests and effective study tools is our top priority. That's why all content on our website is manually reviewed to ensure quality and alignment with the official DMV materials. Best regards, DMV-Permit-Test.com Team

Incorrect test scores
I have taken the practice test three times. All three times, the test grade indicated that I had missed multiple questions, twice saying that I had failed. After reviewing my answers (I wrote them down) I found that I had only missed a couple of questions and scored no less than a 90% on each test. DO NOT purchase their product based on your practice test scores. The low practice test scores are either a dishonest way to get you to purchase their product OR the practice tests grading program is seriously flawed.
