They have no respect for "no contact" requests. They call from spoofed numbers; always different, never searchable. Today he said "we spoke a month ago" and I said "yes, and I asked you to STOP CALLING" and he said "but it's been a month..." No means NO. I have reported them to the FTC as well.

Hi, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you letting us know. We always respect “Do Not Contact” requests, and it seems there was an unintentional mistake. Your number has been permanently removed, and our team is taking extra care to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We value your feedback — it helps us improve and continue serving our clients with honesty and transparency. Team DM Tech labs.

I can’t believe what just happened with this company. A representative reached out about my SEO needs, and we set up a Google Meet for 1 PM EST today. I expected a simple conversation, but then, out of nowhere, a designer barged in and started tearing into me for wanting to build my own business infrastructure instead of dropping $500 on a custom WordPress hosting theme. It was like I wasn’t even allowed to change my mind! When I requested a quote for setting up my infrastructure as AWS or Google Cloud, the guy threw out this absurd figure of $500,000, which I seriously doubt is even close to accurate. And then he dared to question how If i couldn't afford $500, how I could handle that insane price tag. I told him I actually have revenue coming in, but that didn’t seem to register with him. When I asked to see his past work on similar infrastructure, he insisted I’d need to pay him $1,000 because of some non-disclosure agreement that the initial representative I spoke with never mentioned. As if that wasn’t confusing enough, he flat-out told me to keep my stuff and never contact him again. Honestly, I’m relieved I dodged this bullet, but what an utterly frustrating and bewildering experience!

I run a handmade jewelry label, and digital marketing has always intimidated me. Adnan from DM Tech Labs walked me through each step-what Google Ads goals meant, how SEO works, even coached me on social captions. They felt less like an agency and more like a business friend. Within weeks, traffic was up, and I started selling more. Worth every penny.

I own a children’s entertainment company. I received an email and agreed to a "free report" on the SEO for my website. I got not one, not two, not 3 but 18 calls and 12 emails from this company to schedule a presentation. When I answered calls and told them it was not a good time (because I am innthe process of building a new website) he spoke to me with a thick indian accent. Persistent and rude. At one point my toddler was crying in the background and he would not let me off of the call. Finally when I explained I am not interested Pratham Mandhyan told me that id never have " the time or money" and angrily hung up on me. I am appalled and saddened. If the communication was respectful I would have been interested to learn more but I appreciate the red flags.

Hi Sandi, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please note, we never call unannounced — our conversation began after your reply to our email requesting a free SEO report. Still, we regret if our follow-ups felt excessive. The issue has been addressed internally, and we’ve reinforced strict communication guidelines. We value professionalism and aim to build lasting client relationships based on trust and transparency. Team DM Tech Labs

BUYER BEWARE - This team is slow, ineffective, and don't follow instructions. Great sales people who are very convincing, with a below-average product that's not worth the money. Twelve days after taking our money, nothing had been done on our website. Nobody started anything, nobody gave us an update. As soon as I asked them why they hadn't started, they hastily threw together a "research report" that was nothing but a generic report three page from SemRush. (Which they had already sent us previously, during the sales process.) On top of that, we asked them NOT to change our live website until we approve the changes on a development environment, but they did anyway. This is a massive problem, and they didn't seem to care that they promised they wouldn't do this, but broke their promise and did it any way. I got a lackluster response from their project manager saying, "We decided this was easier." I mean, are you okay? Why did we have meetings to discuss NOT working on the live site, and in the end you just did whatever you wanted anyway? Finally, it's impossible to get a refund. We'll have to do a chargeback through our credit card company to see any of our money back. It will probably be granted because they breached the contract when they started deploying the site without our permission. Either way this is a complete waste of time. After $800 and two weeks we walked away with nothing, and now have to clean up the mess. Grade: F

Dear Christopher, We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At DMtechLabs, we value honest feedback and always strive to respond with transparency and professionalism. That said, it’s important to address a few inaccuracies in your review to provide a clearer picture: Timeline & Expectations: A 12-day period is not a sufficient timeframe to evaluate the effectiveness of an SEO or digital marketing campaign. These strategies require time, analysis, and iteration to show results. Nonetheless, we initiated work immediately and delivered foundational tasks well within this brief window. Website Work: Your review states that no work was done on the website, yet also mentions unauthorized changes to the live site. For clarity: our team implemented critical website fixes within the first two business days. The request to avoid changes on the live site was received after that work had been completed—at which point we fully respected your direction and paused all further implementation. Proof of Work: We have comprehensive documentation showing the exact fixes made, timestamps of actions taken, and communication logs. This includes proof that the initial work was completed swiftly and in accordance with your selected service package. Reports & Strategy: Reports and competitor analysis are standard practice in any well-executed marketing campaign. The materials we shared were not generic—they were tailored based on your website’s data and designed to inform our long-term strategy. No Breach of Contract: Respectfully, there has been no breach of contract. All deliverables outlined in the package you signed up for were completed as agreed. Our team remained in regular communication and acted in good faith throughout the engagement. We regret that this engagement did not progress to a stage where results could be demonstrated. Nonetheless, we remain confident in the work delivered and stand by the integrity of our process. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors. Warm regards, Team DM tech Labs
