I have no words for this business. Bottom line is I ordered 3 items in December 2025 which were marked as "in stock". In Ferbruary I finally received a package which was one item short. It is now April 2026, I am still waiting for the missing item. The customer service is abyssmal. No help at all, just blank statements like "we'll look into it" or they don't answer at all. Please avoid at all costs

Absolute scam of a business, I placed 3 different orders 7 months ago and all I get is excuses that the orders will ship next week. I spent over 550 USD and got nothing in return. Pure garbage. I will file a complaint with the Portuguese Better Business and also will warn others on all their social media to never buy from them. A bunch of thieves, I don't know how they can be in business with all these horrible reviews and bad experiences from everybody. Shame on them.

As you were informed through several communications, the delay was caused by the documented trade and tariff dispute between the United States and the European Union, which resulted in the suspension of shipments to the United States. This situation was beyond our control, and we made efforts to keep you informed throughout the process. You subsequently decided to cancel all three orders, and **all three orders were promptly refunded in full**. You therefore received your money back, and no payment remains outstanding to you. This company provided a tracking number showing only “shipping label created,” but the order was never shipped or delivered. Customer support has been completely unresponsive for months. After reading numerous similar reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated case but a repeated practice. I would strongly warn others to avoid ordering from this site.

Total fraud! The store wasn't sending my order, so when I asked about it, they created a false shipping order to make it look like my items were sent to me! Ignored my request for a refund. EDIT: More than a year later, the seller replied to this review claiming that I was not telling the truth. Not only did they refuse to refund me (for which I have proof!), but they were also extremely rude. I stand by my original review.

Absolute SCAM company. They sent a fake tracking number which showed shipping lable created, but never picked up. After a few weeks I emailed asking if they could look into it. They did respond and say they would. then no response to multiple emails for the next few weeks. I contacted the shipper they used and they confrimed no package was ever picked up. I filed a complaint with my CC company and they reveresed the charge and THEN I was bombarded with emails from the company telling me shipping takes a long time and please cancel the chargeback or they will stop delivery ( of items they never shipped of course) They kept sending the same tracking information to "prove" they sent it. and pushing me to cancel my chargeback. 100% scam company do NOT purchase anything from them!

I made an order there, not only the delivery took months (without warnings or explanations) but it also arrived incomplete. The customer service doesn't answer whether it's by mail or WhatsApp. I'm never gonna see my money again : do not buy on this website.

We have evidence confirming that this order was delivered and that you received all the items included in it. Your first order was placed on **29 November 2024** and dispatched on **4 December 2024**. This order was also delivered to you in a separate shipment. Therefore, both orders were dispatched and received, and there were no outstanding items left to be delivered. Your claim that you will never see your money again is consequently misleading. DModelkits did not retain payment for goods that were never delivered; according to our records, all items from both orders were supplied.
