Ordered food for my feeding tube due to cancer and immediately canceled (within 5 mins) due to the high cost of shipping $100. Said they were processing my cancelation but shipped the product anyway. They do not care about their customers, horrible customer service. Please find another place to order from rather than this company.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service we have received. My daughter relies on enteral feeding supplies as medically necessary equipment, yet on multiple occasions our supplies have not been delivered on time, leaving us scrambling to ensure she has what she needs. No family caring for a medically complex child should have to worry about running out of essential feeding supplies because of preventable delays. What has been equally frustrating is the customer service. It is incredibly difficult to get clear answers, calls are not handled with urgency, and there seems to be very little empathy for families dealing with time-sensitive medical needs. When feeding supplies are delayed, this is not simply an inconvenience—it can directly impact a child’s health and well-being. I hope this company improves its communication, delivery processes, and customer service so that other families do not have to experience the same unnecessary stress. Families caring for children with complex medical needs deserve reliable service and prompt support, especially when it comes to life-sustaining medical supplies.

I contacted DME over a week ago in an attempt to find a better alternative to my current provider closer to home. I had my study and script sent to them and heard back rather quickly. I was then told they needed another authorization for a different mask and was asked if they could call back. They never did. I called them, they apologized, and we moved forward. I got a call to schedule my machine set-up, and they were a no-call/no show. When I did receive a call from them, it was for them to argue with me that the doctor had no right to determine if my machine was no longer any good, but that Lincare still owned my machine therefore the only ones who could make that determination. I contacted Lincare who denouncing what DME was saying as a lie. I then got a call from my doctor who told me that DME contacted them and told them that I cursed the rep out. In no way did I curse during the call, however I did once I thought the call was disconnected. I may have been caught on a hot mic, but at this point I refuse to apologize for what I said. I truly have no love loss that DME refuses to do business with me, I have no issues taking my business with me elsewhere.

Dangerous company! They sent the wrong dme item to my home and refused to replace the item with the correct item. Thankfully my item wasn't a life saving item like oxygen, can you imaging this company not delivering oxygen...I can after I spoke tith the manager and a person named Vicki. I asked Vicki if she was going to bill my medicare for a wrong item and she answered yes she will... medicare fraud,medicare fraud,medicare fraud,medicare fraud,medicare fraud
