Working with Damien in refinancing our mortgage was an incredibly easy process. Damien was professional and always available to answer all questions I had. He was constantly communicating and updating me throughout the entire process. I will definitely refer him to family and friends!! Looking forward to working with him again very soon.

First of all I would like to thank Damien for all the great help he was to my family and myself throughout my entire refinance process. He really took the time to explain all the details in a way we all had a clear understanding, Our refinancing process went really smooth and we were really happy with all the people that helped us make this happen. We highly recommend all the services Damien and his team have to offer.

Damien was very very helpful throughout all this process and treated the situation is if we were his own family. We appreciate everything hes done for us and hope he continues to be such a great help to any and all future clients who have the privilege of having him as a lender. We will definitely be recommending him to people as a lender & a good friend.

Deciding to buy a house is a big decision. Figuring out who to go with as your lender is almost an equally large decision. Choosing Damien to be our loan officer was one of the best decisions we made during this process. Damien is very knowledgeable in everything he does. He answered our several questions with kindness and patience. Being first time home owners we were pretty naive in all things and had lots of questions. Damien was always available for our questions and always made us feel as if we were his most important client! There were a lot of situations Damien navigated through on our behalf going above and beyond to get what we wanted! We are so happy we went with Damien for our loan!! You won’t be disappointed!

"Damien provides excellent detailed care & service. I highly recommend Damien to help you with your mortgage needs."

I am so glad I was referred to Damien Grant for my refinance. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and processed the loan with the utmost competence. He is super professional and also nice and friendly, an absolute joy to work with. I recommend him without hesitation.

Damien is incredible and my experience buying a home and then doing a refi has been excellent. He's always there to answer any questions and goes into as much detail as you want to here. If you've never purchased a home or refinanced then he has no problem running you through every detail. Would definitely recommend him. Very trustworthy and also just good energy and fun to talk to.

I did a Google and Better Business Bureau search to find the right loan officer for me when purchasing my first home. I wanted someone smart, professional, and trustworthy. When I spoke with Damien I knew I had the right person for the job. Purchasing my first home was very new and exciting. However, the process can also be a little stressful. But working with Damien was comforting as he went above and beyond to make my first home buying experience a memorable and successful one. I am truly appreciative and happy I chose him.
