Levere ikke! Virksomheden nægter at gøre krav på en pakke ups har mistet for dem. Det er deres ejendom indtil levering så jeg kan ikke gøre krav på den. De har sendt pakken og mener det er mit ansvar. UPS siger at jeg ikke har ret til at gøre krav men at virksomheden nemt kan gøre det og få pengene retur. Måske har de allerede gjort det men har bare ikke lyst til at refundere mig?

Bought 10 15k randmtornados, all the flavors I wanted and marked as fragile all over the package, received everything and in Order. Delivery was about 5 days later.

Ordered 3 fumot tornado 20000. On the picture on the page the package says 5% nicotine (on the rest of the page it says nothing at all about nicotine contents). However, I received the 3 vapes with a nicotine content of 2%. After getting into contact with them and asking how this could happen they told me nowhere it says it's 5%. After I sent a screenshot of said picture they lied and told me that wasn't from their site. So not only do they send you the wrong product, but afterwards customer service is so bad they will tell you you're lying. Bad business practice, I'd say. If I could, I'd add the conversation to show how rude and careless they will treat you.

Bestilte 4 lost Mary BM3500 og 3 crystal, som alle virker. Det eneste minus var at levering var på næsten 14 dage efter de var afsendt.

The shop is a thief. I ordered and never recieved anything. Problem was that UPS lost the order and the shop didn’t refund because of a hidden rule that they are not responsible for shipments to denmark. UPS issued a claim to the sender which he didn’t care about that can get my money back (maybe he just claimed the money and just said to keep it to himself). A summary this shop is a scam

Købte 3 Rendm tornado med 25000 sug i hver. Der var lidt leverings tid. Også mere end de 2-3 dage der stod.. Men de fungere og er fint tilfredse med dem✌🏼
