Never got shipped, no reply from the website.

They never shipped out my item, and I tried for months to contact them and they never replied. I couldn't even get their attention when I had to escalate my PayPal case, because of their no response when my package was 2 months late...

I ordered a Wizards Robe from the company. I instead got some half cloak, completely different and not even on the site for sale. Multiple emails went without reply, and Paypal were unwilling to refund the product, even after returning it via post. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I placed an order in october. Never received it. Tried several times to contact them by mail. But I always got the message that the mail could not be delivered. I never received a tracking code either. A BIG SCAM!!!!!

The site sent me a fake tracking number then gave me the run around. Don't buy from the site, it is a scam

I ordered back in 2014 deidara costume 76e whit paypal so The shipping time was 1 month 1 month later it didnt come i contactect them i sayed i orded deidara costume month ago and isint here yet two days later they said its lost!! And i sayed i want my money back! They anserwed that they cant give me that money because i ordered it month ago rly!! THIS SITE IS SCAM!

Ordered a thing for my daughter off the site. Selected one size, order came up as a smaller size. I have contacted them three times via their CONTACT US form with no reply in 5 days. Now their site is unlisted? Stay far far away from this site, it is bad news.

I purchased from OhCosplay recently, and despite my mistrust in the site - with them only having new arrivals from 2013, and a severe lack of confirmation emails (as well as bad reviews on here), then I cannot say that I am not happy with what I have experienced. My kimono came on time, was in great quality, just like the picture, and in the right size. Overall I am satisfied with what I received.
