It was only a $20 plumbing part but one other vendor sent the wrong part twice. Thanks, Jay G.

Our boiler broke down (no hot water or heat) and we needed a new control board pdq. Paid the extra for 2 day shipping. Two days later it arrived on schedule and we couldn't been happier with their service.

Easy to use site. GAVE THE DETAILS OF THE PRODUCT! Something not everyone does. Price was the best I could find. Installed it in 20 minutes!

I needed a boiler part quickly that was hard to find. DIY Direct Supply had the part for a good price and offered two day shipping at a reasonable price as well (not $100 like some other websites). When I contacted DIY Direct Supply to ask about date of arrival and indicate I needed it fast, they made sure it got to us the day we needed it, and the person I spoke with was quick and courteous. Happy to recommend to others.

Bill helped me choose find the right parts for my furnace and is a great CSR. All parts were overnighted to me and I was able to fix everything the next day. Thanks!
