Fast and easy

So far you have been a help. I don't know how it going to be for me when I return the package. But, right now you have sent me out the package extremely quick and I really appreciate the quick service.

There were a lot of duplicate entries instead of having answers carry over from one field to the next, particularly in the case of real estate assets. The need to enter the same data multiple times was inconvenient. Also, despite going through all of the fields and answering the questions, the system still made me go back through everything in a non-sensical way in order to get to the submission process. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

I enjoyed the convenience of filling out my paperwork online and having the ability to review the documents before they would filed. I also appreciated the option of electronic filing (vs having to submit the documents in person). I would've appreciated the opportunity to submit changes during the step that asked to confirm and submit the documents. Some of the explanations to the items on the questionnaire were unclear or convoluted, and could've been a bit clearer.
